They did not clean the room on first day and was not told that we need to inform if need to clean. On 2nd day when we ask why room not clean, they then tell us we need to inform. Underneath the bed lots of rubbish including a empty cigratte box. Toilet paper not refill. Run out on 2nd day. Front desk ok. Housekeeping needs to improve. Pillow did not change cover. We have to use bath towel to wrap around to sleep. Aircon also not cold.

had a great stay. free wifi, clean sheets and towels. located near train station. 100-150k vn dong ride to the tsn internationa airport. rooftop restaurant with nice view. will try to work with your budget if not full. loud noises in morning but overall very pleasant and i would and have recommended to other travelers.

Location close to Saigon station”

Arrived to hotel after long day of flying. The hotel is a little hard to find. It off a street in a small tucked away alleyway. When we arrived, we were greeted by their door person and taken inside. Unfortunately, the front girl nor anyone in the hotel spoke ANY English at all. Nor did they understand even basic English either. We had organized our train tickets for the next morning to be delivered to our hotel by the agency, which they were. But when asking the girl for directions to the train station, she had no idea what we were saying even when showing her the tickets and trying to explain to her "how do we go here"? Anyway, apart from the lack of English and communication, the room was basic but ok for a one night stay I guess. But you could easily stay in District 1 and catch a cab if you were catching the train also, which we would probably do again if we could. It had all you needed. We did find some stains on towels and bed linen which wasn't great, but hay for the price and convenience, it wasn't all bad.

We stayed here as we needed to be at the train station by 6:30 the next morning. the rooms were small but clean and the staff friendly and helpfull.

Sau 3 lần đặt liên tiếp tại Ken suốt 3 tuần qua (cứ 2 đêm cho mỗi lần booking qua Agoda đều đặn vào ỗi tối T7 và CN) và phải nói hoàn toàn cực kỳ hài lòng, ưng ý và yên tâm nghỉ dưỡng tại đây vì: 1. CSVC của KS quá đẹp, hiện đại và tiện nghi, phòng thì cực sạch sẽ, thẻ khóa từ an toàn. 2. Giá lại rất phải chăng khi booked qua Agoda App. Public rate for walk-in guests từ 500k-550k-600k. Nhưng qua Agoda thì chỉ còn tầm 280k-290k/phòng, tính từ 14h00 ngày hôm trước đến 12h00 ngày hôm sau. Giá quá ưu đãi so với điện kiện phòng ốc "sang chảnh" như hình. 3. Linh động trong việc thanh toán, vừa book phòng xong, nhận được confirmation booking form là Internet Banking ngay và luôn. Tới nơi chỉ cần show Mã đặt phòng & Tin nhắn đã payment, đưa CMND và nhận key lên phòng trong vòng ... 3 nốt nhạc. 4. Mình hay rề rề hên toàn cận giờ C/O mới lật đật dọn, hoặc không là bị lố qua 12h30-13h00. Lúc đó, nếu không muốn về thì mình lại tức tốc lên Agoda, book extra 1 more night & settle payment. Sau đó, gọi xuống Reception thông báo cho họ biết 1 tiếng là xong, tiện thể xin thêm khăn sạch. Then, everything is done. Quá tiện lợi và nhanh chóng. Xem ra, mình sẽ là khách hàng thân thiết và thường xuyên của Ken từ giờ rồi. Không biết KS có quà tri ân cho khách hàng thân thiết cuối năm không nhỉ 😁😁 hoặc không thì offer complimentary Breakfast (A-la-carte Menu) xem như Bonus Benefits cho khách cũng quá Perfect rồi. Khách vừa bất ngờ, vừa thích, mà KS cũng tạo được ấn tượng tốt và hình ảnh khó quên trong lòng khách bằng sự tinh tế, tận tâm cùng với 1 khoản đầu tư "cực kỳ nhỏ".
