The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The rooms themselves are somewhat out-dated, but they were clean and comfortable. The proximity to Knott's is ideal. We didn't use the rec area, but my kids plan to bring their tennis racquets and swim suits next time. The pool is heated to 78 degrees. The hotel amazed us. The minute you walk in you see it's beauty, cleanliness, great customer service. Exceptional staff. Always wanted to book a room and never did until now. The pool was awesome, and the jacuzzi The best. I recommend everyone to come, you won't be disappointed and believe me you will want to come again.

Hotel is clean and convenient. Pool has a Jacuzzi and splash pad, my boys enjoyed the basketball courts as well. The hotels location saved us so much time as we didn't have to load and unload our car to drive to the park. Which with 4 kids is a huge plus!

Don’t hesitate to book! Wonderful staff, rooms, pool, location and free parking for season pass holders. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Buena Park and added bonus is park, shops, and chicken dinner restaurant a 2 minute walk just outside the hotel!

Great place to stay with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Prices can vary depending on season. I recommend booking through a travel site that has discounts. The rooms were clean. We had three rooms for our group and they all looked the same. Beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and nice. The place, however, could use a little more modern update. The elevators are old and somewhat slow. The pool and jacuzzi area were clean and well stocked with towels. They had a laundry room, a gym, and sauna. Parking was not free. It was 10 dollars per night. They offered discount for the theme park next door. Overall we had a good time.

We stay here for the convenience and the quality. Short walk to Park and easy to take a break from rides and go swimming or relax in the room. Restaurant , Amber Waves is a great place to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The hotel was perfect! The pool Was big with plenty of seating. Wish the towels at the pool were bigger. The restaurant was good! And not over priced. We had a great time with our kids (7 & 4). We definitely will be back!

We had a great stay we visited from Boston MA . We moved from a crappy hotel to this one due to renovations at the other one as well as bad service . . We enjoyed the sauna , pool and hot tub at Knotts. The rooms were nice and clean . We were so relieved when we arrrived at this hotel . Only wish they had a mini fridge or a microwave in the rooms but they do have a ice machine in the hall . Our only complaint is that we walked off the property to the next plaza to smoke since it’s a smoke free facility , and the security followed us around the lot just to tell us to not smoke in the hotel .. but that’s obviously why we were outside in the first place .. we mentioned how the interaction bothered us to front desk since we were off the precises he should’ve have approached us in the first place . Overall pretty good

I expected more of a theme park hotel, but everything was great. The staff is amazing! The rooms are clean, but pretty plain. If stay again, just a little pricey for a plain hotel room.

Pros. Location, decent price, hot tub, outdoor pool, little water park at pool area., awesome bar service. And the shuttle service to disneyland is cool. Cons. Often seems new front desk staff is training and not to opt to listening at first.
