Great Hotel at the heart of HCMC”
Great value hotel right in the centre of Saigon. Staff could speak English and was very welcoming. Room was clean & had a lovely balcony. Good Aircon. Has clothes washing facilities. In the heart of Ho Chi Minh close to Bui Vien (but far enough away you can’t hear it)

Arrive very late at night, it is dark and i was by myself! Tried to call them like 10 times since morning till i got drop off by a taxi at the location. I cant find their property, keep calling but no answer! Horrible! Call the hotel before book ur stay to make sure there will be someone can help you when you need!

the hotel itself isn't too bad it's a bit basic and the bathroom needs some attention but other than that it's okay! close to walking street but down a quiet alley the lady who works there during the day is lovely however we were on the first floor and could here the staff in reception all night singing playing music loudly and you get woken at breakfast time with the banging and crashing of plates might be OK on other floors but on the first floor you can hear absolutely everything!

Room is not cleaned during my 3 days here. They don't change tower for me. The shower room is too small. The toilet seat is broken. There is no hot water. The fan is broken, too. No breakfast as well

I booked for one night, and when we came, they were already ran out of rooms. Eventhough I booked and paid online. Then the staff called and led us to another hotel which was very awful. No wifi, no toilet paper, the shower was broken. The room itself was dirty like years no serve.

Things could certainly improve especially the bed. Room is clean and there are efforts to keep it at their best but certainly a very tired hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights in the double bed room, big enough for 4 people. Window look down on the street below with a small balcony to dry clothes. Had a desk for work. They include a simple fried egg and bread breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is situated down one of the alleys meaning it is quieter but still close to everything. Staff were helpful, booking activities for us.

I don't know where to start. Just not a good place to stay. Breakfast was terrible. Seems there are only two people on staff. Old, dark rooms. Holes in the sheets.

The staff was not professional There are not enough towel for every people. The rom not clear and the pilow not comfortable, bab smell. Hot water not too! Don't stat here that I advise
