Ottimo hotel considerando il prezzo moderato rispetto agli altri. Pulizia, assistenza e colazione degne di nota. Personale disponibilissimo e flessibile. Presenza di receptionist h24. Possibilità di: bevande calde e succhi dalle macchinette libere; lasciare i bagagli oltre l’orario del check-out; usare il bagno oltre l’orario del check-out, che è una cosa impagabile. Vicinissimo al tram per il centro ed al bus per e dall’aeroporto.

The front desk workers were definitely the highlight, everyone was superrrrr friendly and attentive. LOVED how the bed is right next to the window, the view and coziness was unforgettable, better than 5 stars hotels in my opinion. Would recommend anyone to stay here if they’re in Amsterdam!!!!!

Although the room was not the best and the facilities inside the hotel could've been better I would say that Kristen was matchless in terms of the price and I booked it at roughly half the costs of other hotels in the same zone. It had a great location right in the heart of Amsterdam and the staff was very accommodating and hospitable. Provided that I was supposed to go to the hotel for a very short period the price for me was the greatest attraction. The hotel was spick and span. It is however not recommended if you are looking for a pampered experience.

I traveled with my sister and we loved the stay! The hotel was clean and in the perfectest location close to everything on the center of Amsterdam. Clear to transports and points of interest. Friendly staff, very polite staff especially the reception from the booking till the after the checkout! Loved them! Very clean, filtering safety measures.

外觀看起來舊，但浴室很乾淨，房間整理很好，早餐普通吃飽沒問題，參觀博物館逛街都很近。
