al di là dell'estetica, l'hotel ha camere e bagni piccoli, non molto agevoli e dotati di un riscaldamento a aria calda indirizzato verso il letto che può dare fastidi anche seri. La posizione è centrale.

East to get to this place if you are coming from the Airport as the bus stop just across the road. So to take the bus back to the Airport equally easy as well. Can walk to Gangnam street. Room clean and comfortable.

Surprised with the location”
It is just a stroll away from the Gangnam area. Convenient to take a bus from the airport or to the airport. The bed, pillow, and blanket as comfortable as it can be. The shower was perfect.

I’ve stayed in about 10 different hotels in seoul and this is by far my favorite. Is in the best location in Gangnam and has great bus transport right outside so it’s easy to get around seoul. If you’re staying anywhere in seoul you should definitely stay here.

Decent accommodation”
Stayed at the hotel for a day and it was pretty good. Best bang for the buck. Close to Han River, and there are many cozy restaurants and cafes nearby

This is a nicely designed, comfortable hotel except for the translucent doors to bathroom by the bed... okay for travelling alone, but with friends/couple.... you can see the silhouette of your partner sitting on a toilet from almost everywhere in the room. hmm some more privacy would be nice? We tried using the toilets at front desk.

The best location/ good value ”
It’s a nice hotel in the best location for shopping and dining. Tons of bars/restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious. I stayed in the East wing so the wooden floor is better than the main West wing which is carpeted. The staff is lovely. The downside is more technical issue. The plug next to the bed didn’t work so multi charger station which is bolted on the nightstand didn’t work. The tv had connection issues and during the night the AC wouldn’t work properly. Except for the corner rooms(ends w 6) other rooms are bit dark as the single window is small. Other than that all went well and I enjoyed my stay there as I was out most of the day anyway. The restaurant bar area is nice too.

Mine was a single room, and like with most hotels in korea, small but practical and had all the amenities (coffee/tea, TV, kettle, etc.). I particularly liked that there was a study/table beside the bed. It is close enough to Garosugil, although it's not IN garosugil, so a short walk 5-10mins is still required.

Excellent experience but some reception staff were not the most welcoming in the hotel and looked uncomfortable with talking English. I was not expecting perfect English but a more friendly approach would help guests feel more at ease.

Rooms feel abandoned ”
I'm guessing there are a couple of nice rooms at these hotels that tend to get featured more than the functional rooms for business travelers. The smaller rooms feel abandoned and not well-kept. The windows are kept open while cleaning which attracts mosquitoes and other insects. Value for money was good but would rather pay more for somewhere nicer next time.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had”
The room wasn't clean at all! The carpet, especially the part under the bed, was covered with dust and all kinds of trash. They were not cleaned at all. The safe box was also covered with dust, showing that the room wasn't cleaned properly. What a waste of money to plan to stay here! The staffs were kind, though. I have complained about the room condition and they have changed the room to another one. But you know what? The next room we've moved in was exactly in the same condition! Maybe the reduction of the staff due to Covid could explain why. But I would never be able to understand whether I had to endure the terrible room condition in spite of all the money I payed for.

They Are 3 star, not 4 star. Front staffs- especially guys are very blunt and not really rude, but not really pleasant. They need to improve their English. You can find nice dutch coffee pouches in your room for comementary, but be careful as many of them were spoiled.

Totally overpriced, doesn’t stand up compared to other hotels actually much cheaper.”
Location is fine, lively with lots if bars, restaurants and small shops. Unfortunately this is the only plus if this hotel. The lobby js promising, but the room (i was on 4th floor) old, dirty with smelly carpet. Overall really not even worth half of the rate they actually charge. Will not come back and unfortunately I would not recommend it to any of my friends.

They posted pictures from different angles of different footprint rooms so the pictures make the room look much better and larger than what it is. I got a business west wing double room, it was just a small room with little to no walk space. I found hair around the room bathroom had moldy stains. Weak security wifi, no coffee at the hotel for guests (weong info on the page). Cheaply made hotel.

Clean and very convenient!! ”
Everything was great! The staff helped us call a taxi to go to airport on New year’s eve. The room was perfect size for two people and two huge luggages. The location was good! Just 3 mins walk from bus station. Quite far from Sinsa Train station but I prefer travel around by bus so it’s very ok for me. Will definitely come back next time I visit Seoul!
