OLD STYLE HOTEL, HAVE TO REPAIR IN A MODERN STYLE. HAVE TO MAINTENANCE IN CLEANLINESS OF HOTEL. IF YOU WANT CHEAP HOTEL IN THANH HOA WITH GOOD SERVICE, THIS HOTEL WILL BE BEST OPTION.

Good value hotel”

It was a pleasure to stay at Lam Kinh Hotel. The hotel is not too far from the train station. The hotel itself if very clean and the rooms are very spacious. The room is very clean as well. Roomservice was good, but I first had to ask for a menu, as it was not in my room. Overal very nice stsy and very good value.

this is the 2nd times i and my family check in the hotel, same problem again we face: when checking in,i already give the payment form ,but during checking out,the counter staff still need to spend time to find out did i already pay ? hotel should double check my payment on the day i check in??? hope this mistake should be improve for the future.

1)laundry staff should inform customer if they took away any bath towel or bath cloth for washing inside the room so to prevent any miss-understanding, i had complain 2 times about this. 2)hotel staffs and service was very good and friendly. 3)the hotel room is nice and clean.

Skip this hotel”

It's listed as a 4 star hotel. It may have been an impressive 4 star in the past, but right now it's probably a 2 or 3 star. It's now an old, tired hotel, a shadow of its former self. Corridor lighting was poor, room lighting was similarly poor. The carpet needs replacement, and the furnishings need an update. However, the bed was comfortable and beddings clean. TV reception was terrible. The free breakfast was acceptable. Location is not that great, there's a coffee joint next door, but to get food you have to cross the busy main road and walk for a bit. Guarded motorcycle parking lots available.

Good price and spacious”

I guess this hotel belongs to goverment, that is why it's big and not too many people. Near center and staff is nice. My room has broken bathroom door and used water bottle left under my bed

Wonderfully helpful staff. Would recommend.”

We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for a week. The manager Doa and his reception staff spoke good English and helped us in many ways including motorbike hire, booking train tickets and with my computer problems. As well, my wife fell ill during our stay and in-house nurse in the clinic provided medecines for her. Overall our stay was comfortable and delightful.

Good hotel, great staff”

I didn't expect much from my trip to Thanh Hoa but it turns out to be a really good one. The stay at Lam Kinh hotel is very comfortable. The room is spacious, clean with very comfortable bed and well-equipped. The staff is very nice and helpful. Everything is good and I don't have anything in mind to complaint. There's just one thing to notice that the hotel is about 15km from the beach, thus it'll be a little bit inconvenient if you don't have a private car. The road commuting from the hotel to the beach is in good condition.

Cheap but Big Room”

Not much I can comment on the location as I arrived at the hotel late evening and left the hotel early morning. But one thing for sure, the room is spacious and very clean. I was suprised to find "halal" instant noodle and 3in1 coffee stocked in the room. So this is good for me as a Muslim....

I book this hotel, this hotel has 4 start but the service very bad like 1 start. In the room have many problems with bad, water, air, TV don't have more chanel to watch. Anway please don't book that hotel again bc it very bad.

Short weekend”

Pritty much OK. The room was relatively large. The bathroom was also of good size. The bed was really comfortable. The quality of TV picture was poor. While the furniture certainly looked outdated the gym seemed dilapidated. The water in the swimming pool needed cleaning. The food was reasonable.

Nothing special”

The hotel is certainly nothing special and if it was in Europe, it would be no more than a 2* hotel. The reason I use it is that it's convenient reference location and it is the best of a bad bunch. The staff are slow to deal with any issues and it took me between 15 to 20 minutes to close out the bill on my last stay, the bill had been paid via Agoda before my stay but their was an outstanding snack taken from the mini-bar that took far too long to verify on the hotel's side.

I have nothing to share about this hotel. It should be for business trip. The location is not in the city central. The room is acceptable. However it seems to be not value for money in comparision to other same-price-hotels in Thanh Hoa.

Nice and new hotel in Thanh Hoa”

being located in the recently developed section of thanh hoa and away from the city's main streets and commercial quarters, lam kinh offers the peace and quietness that we really need in order to rest without hearing automobile and scooter horns. our room was adequately large and clean. the breakfast buffet was good with same dishes every morning which get old after a while. hotel staff was helpful and attentive to our needs.
