The staff could be a little more friendlier. The room was satisfactory, the cleaning was satisfactory, but the staff need to smile a little more and make you feel welcome… It’s almost like you’re a stranger and they are wondering why are you there… Make the gas feel wanted and make the guest feel like he wants to come again…

The lighting in the room was awkward… Five of the ceiling lights had no bulbs in them… Otherwise OK

very helpful staff, and very clean. It is a little tough for the taxi drivers to find it, and you may(like me) have to do the 70 meter walk with luggage to the location, but it worth the hassle

The hotel is in an alley which a taxi cannot get in, but the room was clean. More importantly, the receptionist was professional and cute.

Best place to stay in Go Vap District ”

This place is the best in Go Vap. Price is cheap, facilities is decent, clean and good for the price. It gives you all basic things you need Staff is nice and helpful. Highly recommend if you stay for long period.

Budget in the burbs”

Lovely helpful staff Quiet and safe location up a small laneway off the road. Rooms were neat and well layed out and of a good size. Is quite a distance from the main tourist district but that is not necessarily a bad thing at all. We chose this hotel as had business to conduct nearby, afterwards we used it as a base to explore the local area and catch bus into the central business district. You will most likely be the only foreigners out this way, and therefore somewhat of a novelty to the locals who don't generally see many westerners. Great experience

Affordable and no frills accomodation”

Stayed rm305 balcony room. 9 nights. It is out of the way for most tourists but very affordable for budget longer stay business travellers at 8 to 9 USD per night.. Rooms were fairly weathered but were cleaned daily. Bed not as comfortable as I had hoped but will do. Air con could use some servicing. Hot water is good although would take some time to get to you. Hotel situated next to an elementary school so it may be a little noisy during the morning, but it is relatively quiet during the night as it is situated at the end of a Hem away from the main road. Guarded motorcycle parking. Plenty of food stores around during the day and night. A short motorcycle ride to the Hanh Thong Tay day and night market@Quang Trung. Staff could manage some English. Will stay again if not found a longer term accomodation as it was easy to get to my work place just outside of Saigon without having to deal with D1 rush hour traffic.

It meets what you need staff were nice”

Near airport, a good place to stay overnight. It's a pass compared to others in the area. The area feels a little "red light" ish at night, but we found great places to eat out. We also had a great balcony in our room and the price was right. We felt secure in the hotel, and outside is really safe as well though it might not feel like that to a first time Vietnam traveler.

This hotel located about 40 minutes away from the main city. However, the price offered is reasonable and cheap. The staffs also try so hard to help us even though we have communication constraint. Well done.

Rooms need to be refurbished”

The hotel is at the end of a small alley, not too far from the airport but 45 min away from the city center. The hotel looks good overall: inner yard, balconies, quiet area. The staff is very friendly and the owner speaks english. The bathroom was clean, and the decoration unique: women-in-underwear tiles, like it or not. But the bedroom was just fitting Vietnamese standards: wine or blood marks on the walls and on the bed frame, as well as hand writings on the bed.. In addition the bed sheets are not white but brown, so there is no way to know if they are clean or not.
