The hotel near the market that I can look for foods that not expensive very good for me.

Suite Double”

Room deco not as what expected. Staying here for 5 nights. Variety of breakfast choices ok but not much changes daily. Air-cond not really cool. Room Amenities not top up daily unless requested. Strategic location only 10 mins walk to night market. Balcony very poor. Not enjoy to hang around in the balcony. No privacy in the balcony. Open balcony next to the others room. Tv channels was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great Hotel in HCMC”

I have stayed in Lavender Boutiques Hotel many times and the hotel have not disappoint all my stays there. The front desk staff are friendly and they remember Thiet guests. Their Sales team is also great ... Kudos Ms Cherry ever ready to assist and prompt emails reply .. good job

Enjoyable stay at good location”

Hotel is within 10 mins walk to Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square Shopping Mall. 20 mins walk to City Hall, Saigon Central Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral. Hotel front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Had a nice stay at the location. Decent breakfast spread.

One of the better Hotel in HCMC District 1”

This hotel is one of my favorite hotel to stay in HCMC. It is clean and well maintained and equipment wise still new. The room although sightly smaller than Luxe Hotel (comparing the same standard room) I love the mattress firm but not hard. However the area that need improvement is the bathroom ... no hooks to hang your clothes and no rack for your toiletries (have to put your toiletries on the bathroom floor is that one would expect from a hotel of reasonablely good standards. Breakfast is better than quite a lot of hotel of the same range. Every morning there is a good selection of foods to choose from. The staff .. they were all great from front desk to the Bell Hop. During this stay the Duty Manager (a lady) approached me to ask for feedback and also highlighted to me on the hotel chain in the group in HCMC. I have recommended friends to stay in this hotel and the feedback was good Hotel to stay in HCMC .

Dissappointing”

For business travellers this hotel is challenging. Internet connection was unreliable with intermittent outages. I had to sit in a uptown restaurant to get business done. Security personnel dodgy. Reception great and courteous

Old and dirty”

The room had disgusting carpet, disgusting curtains. The amenities in the bathroom were terrible. The bathroom layout is terrible. The rooms are in need of a serious renovation. The hotel is 2-star at best. And there is nothing boutique about it.

Excellent place to stay with family to see sightseeings of HCM”

The hotel breakfast is excellent and staff is friendly. The room is clean even the single beds are quite small ones. The staff are able to communicate well in English (and Vietnamese and Chinese as well). The price/value balance is good. The hotel is located quite peaceful area but still close to the main sightseeings. There is no swimming pool but if you do not need it, this is your place to stay. One small detail: Our small song forgot his toy to the room. When coming back, the room was cleaned and his favourite toy was cuddled inside the bed to waiting for him to be back which was really nice sense of humour from the staff.

A good Hotel to stay in H MC”

Overall the hotel is good .... room were spacious enough and equipment are in good conditions . The breakfast have a good various of choice .. location ok not far from Ben Thanh Market. However. what can be improve on is .. to provide " wall hooks " for hanging the clothes in the bathroom ... which was available in the room is stayed. No place to put your shampoo or bath soap in the bathroom

Nice hotel at good location”

The hotel is new and clean, with polite & friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was good and had enough varieties. Most of the attractions around hotel can be reached within 15-30 minutes walk. Everyday, we started sightseeing by walking and then got on cab to return to hotel. Ben Thanh Market is nearby and, in the vicinity, there are Street Food Market and fruit shops. Do visit night street market beside Ben Thanh Market at night. You could even get "lelong" items there asking price as low as RM5 (wow, felt at home)...

enjoyed”

I booked suite room with the balcony for holiday. A little noisy but i like to watch people on street with motorcycles. clean room, the housekeeping did very well. And thanks to reception staff, they recommended and helped us book mekong tour, that was awesome. Enjoyed staying

They have all you need in one hotel”

looks busy during the check in period so we need to wait for our room in the lobby. but then i saw some other guest sleeping in the lobby, lying flat on the floor. other than that, the hotel is all good.

Great Location with value for money included great breakfast”

The only facilities wise need to be proper maintenance.. In room 306 the bathtub was leakage causing water all flew out on the floor and bathtub making out the loud noises during showering.. Please check it out.

Good value for money”

We stay there for a night in Dec 2016 with small kids. The staff gave us a big king size bed. The room is clean and working distance to independence palace and market. The breakfast is nice. There are quite of number of nice restaurants at the side of hotel.

Good location good street food around the hotel ”

Hotel is under renovation, if the work can reduce the noise in the morning would be good. Other wise is good.

Had a good time”

I'd like to compliment to your Reception team, especial Mr.Duyong who worked in the night shift, for good service he provided. I stayed here just 1 night. I left my mobile phone in the cab, he called the taxi company. At 1am in the morning, the driver came, he accompanied me to meet the driver and to get the phone back. I was so appreciated of the way your people react helping me to sort out my problem. Staffs are friendly. I will continue to come back for years to come

Good Location 5 mins walk to benh tahn market ”

Location : 5 mins walk to Benh Tanh market, 5 mins walk to local shopping street (garments) Breakfast : Average variety however the beef pho is good Facilities : it will be better if covered up the whole bathroom instead of sand glass concept.

Eccezionale”

Three rooms on the 7th floor with large open air patios and an awesome view of the nighttime skyline. Breakfast buffet always has a great selection and the staff are very hospitable. I have picked this hotel over other more expensive options for paid business travel overthe last 8 years now.

Great location and value for money”

The location is fantastic. Tons of great restaurants and cafe’ nearby in walking distance. I think It’s one of the best areas in Saigon to explore. The room doesn’t come with very few basic amenities, other than that It’s good. Staffs are friendly, extremely clean.

There's a shower, but where do you put your soap?”

Terrible planner! Tiny room! Bathroom was a real squeeze...shower was cold...and took maybe ten minutes to get warm! Worst still there's no space to put your soap? I've NEVER been to a hotel room where this critical piece was missed...and apparently no one noticed? Only good point...staff was very friendly! Bell hops worked very hard! They the best of the bunch!
