Good,clean and safety”

Good,clean and safety as good hotel. Not a perfect, modern and extreme beauty. Near many restuarants, stores and other transportations. But the shower or bathroom is either small, short or weak in terms of lenght, sizes, powers, etc. Weak water, short shower head or less cold/hot water. However, clean, safety and easy accesses are the bests. Staff is seem too young or less trainning, such when lacks off on room or could not providing, then at least giving more explainations or more reference to managerment level with plentiful apology to guest. In fact, I need a room for four days in the next two days from now, but the staff said " no room now, go to the internet. " instead of that this staff should say " We could refer to u from other our hotel as when our exhausted seach without any room from our apology. " That is a good, clean and quite hotel in many ways amongs many hotels in competive natures at nearby from customer's needs.

3Cs- Cosy, Convenient, Clean”

Great location-less than 10 min walk from Ben Thanh market. And another 10-15 min walk to the city center. It is sited off the main road so you don't experience the perpetual car horns that is prevalent in HCM. Good Chinese food shop serving porridge, noodles and roast meats opposite. K circle and family mart just outside hotel.

Warm Welcome”

I stayed at this hotel for one night. On arrival I was greeted very warmly by the receptionist, Mr. LONG ( Alan). He was very cordial, polite and professional. From his behaviour I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I advised him that I will be leaving early, prior to breakfast. He arranged for a takeout breakfast upon my departure. This was very considerate and much appreciated. The room was very clean / comfortable, and the hotel is located close to all amenities within the city. It was a short but relaxed stay. I will not hesitate to return and thank you.

Nice Hotel”

Having stay on few occasions, so it just like coming home. Room and toilet are sufficiently clean and big. Air conditioning works well and had a good sleep. Recommended to others. Breakfast sufficient and delicious. Good value for our money.

Reasonably new hotel under the Lavender Group”

This was previously a hotel by another name. Lavender took over and refurbished the whole hotel. Value for money and excellent location. Food, massage, 24hr convenient store all within the hotel vicinity.

Excellent every time”

As a returner, just like coming home every time. The level of services are very consistence. Good value for the prices that we paid, breakfast surprising good. Almost every time, we were given up grade which make us felt nice and welcoming. Will stay here as the location is really good, plenty of cafes around and a excellent spa just across the road. Recommended to those first timer to HCM. The staffs are helpful and friendly, they are the important assets of the hotel.

Visit Saigon in summer”

The Hotel looks nicer and new. Staffs are friendly. Only thing was bother me is when we smelt ashes when the AC on. Found out we stayed in the room which is near the smoking area. We will book this Hotel again when we come to visit Saigon.

Great value for money great location”

just a few steps away from Ben Thanh market. many restaurants nearby. its a 10 min walk to Pham Ngu Lao. Room size is big. cleanliness is Ok. the only con is the shower area will be flooded when I bath. drainage problem.

Nice hotel with good location”

This is a nice hotel with excellent staff and good location. It is walking distance to many attractions, close to the market and many restaurants. The room was good, stable internet, good breakfast. We will come back!

The reception staff r very good n helpful. I arrived hcmc in the morning and I m very tired .Upon knowing this they allow me to check in early n they upgraded my room. Tks for your understanding. Will definitely come back again.

2 nights stay”

Book a deluxe room. Room is big, with separate shower. Slippers provided. Central aircon working good. Tv with a lot of channels. Bed is comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast has good spread with egg & Pho station. Walking distance to Ben Thanh market and a lot of restaurants & Spas nearby

Good location - Walking Distant to Ben Thant”

I have stayed in Lavender before the one that right in front of Ben Thant ( Currently under renovation), however this one is one of the branches. I would say, there a room for improvement for this branch. My room is noisy, I can hear people "karoeke/singing' from another building. Room a bit gloomy. On the other hand - their breakfast selection is decent, staff are friendly, location is walking distant to Ben Thant Market.

The beddings were dirty. They dont even change it after someone check out. And its so hard to take a shower as the shower head is on the side and its too low. Their hot water depends on the solar according to them so im mostly showering with cold water. It seems they have a time for hot shower, i tried taking a shower during morning around 6am and night time around 830pm. Both doesnt have hot water. They have two elevator, but the other one doesnt go to the lobby so you have to wait for the other elevator every time. And their wifi is too slow. I cant even search using their wifi.

2nd time stay and decided to not come back”

1st time I stayed 2 nights at this hotel, I booked Superior Double Room and I was happy with my choice. When I booked the 2nd time to stay there, I booked Deluxe Double Room and I hope that is better room but finally I was disappointed, the room is smaller than last time and the Double bed is really "double beds" - 2 small beds were bonded to become one bed. I complained with Hotel Reception in case they confused my booking and they replied that my room is Deluxe Room. So I requested to change another room with a real double bed and they changed for me. A new room also small but I have no choice. Anyways, staffs are nice and location of hotel is good, but I won't come back next time.

Reasonable Price & Good Location”

Our stay comes with breakfast, it's a simple buffet breakfast which is better than our expectation (anyway, for those who concern, they do serve pork). Location is good where almost all the main attractions are within walking distance (Ben Thanh Market, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, Reunification Palace, War Remnant Museum, and etc). Plenty of eating places nearby including halal restaurants. Some of their staffs have difficulties understanding english, so a little bit more of patience is needed while dealing with them. Other than that, everything was quite ok.
