Interesting architecture, good breakfast, beautiful panorama”
We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful place. We really like Koh Phangan island, but the fact that we stayed in this accommodation our vacation has 5 star rating. Our room had a balcony where the sunset was visible and it had a beautiful panorama to the sea. The bathroom was clean and the Cambodian architecture elements gives a feeling that you are in special place. The breakfast in the hotel is extremely good. You will get a menu and you can select from different things, more than one. For example English breakfast, American breakfast, different types of eggs. The restaurant has also beautiful panorama, so during your eating you can see the fishermans in the water. The hotel has free taxi service to the pier. Everything was fantastic so I can recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing hotel it will blow your mind. I would recommend Le Palais the hotel & staff are exceptional. If you expect to stay in a hotel that is laid out on a mountain with the best ocean views one could ask for but don't like climbing stairs it's not for you although you could stay in the 1st level without any drama. There is no elevator due to how the hotel is built split levels & the surrounding area has been kept as natural as possible without removing rocks & trees unless directly under the building's themself. I think it would be hard to find anything as unusual & unique as Le Palais for the very reasonable prices they charge.

The staff are lovely, friendly, courteous and helpful. They respond quickly to any requests. It is built into the hillside and the views from the rooms, pool and restaurant are awesome. It faces south so you can see Koh Samui. The sunsets are breathtaking!

Beautiful architecture in Hotel”
The Cambodian Reproduction is near perfect, no hotel rooms are excellent. The staff was decent. It is built into a cliff so stairs are required. They have a golf cart if stairs aren’t your thing. The beach is private. The bar and restaurant are built on the top of the cliff overlooking the ocean, the menu is limited but very good.

Hotel was beautiful for our stay in Haad Rin. However, for the cost, the service was not good. Very rude check in staff and our room was not ready for us upon check in. The restaurant however, the Banyon Restuarant, was incredible. The staff were amazing. The food was great, and the prices were very good. We ate here all the time and really enjoyed the breakfast.

Obviously this is one of the most expensive hotels on the island. Greeted at the front desk with fruits and a speedy check in. Luggage was taken done to our rooms. We had the villa with a private pool that offered a picturesque temple like feel and view of the ocean. No extra charge for room service delivery. Staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help out with anything you need. Improves however are the hotel seems to still be under construction. Sheets were not changed every single day. Water in shower was only warm for about 5 minutes then turned to room temperature. Great experience would definitely recommend for anyone not worried about spending a little money.

You really feel like you are in a palace. Really loved it. Lots of stairs as its on a cliff face. Rooms are beautiful and tha sea facing balcony is awesome. I would come back to this hotel.

This hotel is outstanding, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The room was 6 star not 5 and so clean, the restaurant has a breathtaking view and this hotel hosts its own private beach, there really isn’t anywhere else to stay in Ko Phangan

Dangerous cage box in middle of mountain ”
They served me and friend the booked room in near beach and we had to take open cage box (outdoor elevator). When I checked that, the room wasn't what I booked so that we backed to take the cage box again but it stopped in middle of mountain! I felt really scared, if it was wrong, I could fell on cliff and might be died. It stopped over and over and reached on second floor barely and we had to take out and walked to the peak. It was terrible to climb with baggage over 20 mins which I never expected. The cage box should be prohibited it is too dangerous for everyone. Also wifi doesn't work for 2 days. I am truly agreeing that this hotel really needs to cross check all facilities again.

After 10 years of construction I stayed 6 months in of the grand opening. Interesting enough there were quit a few damages for a new place which leads me to believe they have been open much longer then since the grand opening My number one complaint over the broken ugly bottom pool and finger prints all over the glass, is the smell of mildew or mold that permeated my room. And to make it even worse the windows are sun facing and the room was scorching hot when I arrived. The poor maid was literally sweating like she was in a shower when I entered room. At 10am the following morning the room finally cooled down. I slept in an oven... or tried to sleep. They AC simply did not work... Besides that the property was ok. I feel like I paid a lot to be not so comfortable. The staff was friendly enough. Front desk seemed to be overloaded but they worked hard to please everyone. Cleaning crew were friendly and quick. Dining staff were ok but no real service experience. Best pina colada!
