Had a lovely stay at the Leonardo Offenbach, Hotel, staff and facilities are excellent . Only issue with booking - was that I requested twin beds in two rooms and also adjoining rooms. The hotel was very quiet and empty, neither of our requests were met which was a bit of a let down. Location is in business area if you require a shop you need to go walking as hotel prices for a bottle of water or a bottle of wine were over the top so we brought from a shops in Frankfurt or Offenbach before we returned to the hotel. Buses and S-Bahn easily accessible and within walking distance.

We did not use the facilities so cannot comment. We travel in a car so it is a good location for us. All clean except for 2 of the small pillow cover that is not changed

Wonderful hotel”
The hotel employees are very kind and helpful, especially Mr. Torren! The room is clean with a big spaced shower. The bed was comfy and just felt so comfortable!

Absolutely lovely stay-would recommend. Only issue is location if you are like us without a car And travelling with a young child. But the staff are fantastic and you can get everything that you will need for your stay with your family

Bad experience with the reception.”
Despite the hotel being new and clean. I would say that I was very desapointed with the lady in the reception. During the checking, I was told to confirm when the room should be cleaned. So I said every two days should be fine. No need to clean every day. The day after I asked the lady in the reception to provide us with new towels, coffee pads for the machine and toilet paper. She said that we can’t have all that because we have chosen the room to be cleaned each two days and therefore we have to wait until the day after to get those items. I recommend to avoid this hotel due to the poor Customer service especially in the reception.

Other than being located in a not so lively neighbourhood, this hotel has everything you need. Reasonable price, friendly staff and really really nice rooms. It’s about 7-8 minutes of walk to the s bahn station which takes you to airport in about 20+ minutes. Downside is - no grocery stores near by, and not many dining options around as well. The hotel has its own restaurant though and it tastes not bad

great price for this hotel. the location is not ideal as there are very few restaruants or shops walking distance from the hotel. Its about a 10 minute walk to the train station though and about 5 stops to the main center of frankfurt

That's not my first time staying at Leonardo Offenbach (the 5th time), and I had couple of times some issues and I want to thank a team member "Violetta" for her amazing attitude and way of handling things (very smooth, very friendly and super kind). She deserves to be mentioned !

Get on bus 104 from Offenbach(Main) Kaiserlei (cross the street). The stop is opposite the hotel.

Located about 15min to the HBF in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides you with great hospitality. The hotel staffs are very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. I'll recommend this hotel.
