quando si arriva si è accolti da uno staff di persone molto gentili che cercano di fare il meglio ma il posto è veramente decadente. io ho alloggiato all'ultimo piano la stanza aveva una vista decente ma andrebbe rinnovata totalmente. dopo una notte ho cambiato albergo. nell'atrio del piano dove si trovava la stanza avevano posizionato ogni genere di attrezzatura probabilmente del ristorante situato al piano superiore. peccato perchè sicuramente questo albergo ha vissuto altri splendori.

Very good location, staff friendly ”

Pro - good location, near to weekend night walk ( at Phường Phạm Ngũ Lão, Quận 1). If you going to book day tour, there are a lot travel agencies nearby) In front have a park. Can go anywhere by taxi or grab. Convenient. Like its breakfast, got various choices for breakfast. Staffs are friendly. Allow early check in when we arrived. Tq. Con - night time might be a bit noisy as the night bar is just in front of the building. But still fine for us, holiday mood.... :) Lobby aircon is not cold enough. Room air con is take longer time to be chill.

Liberty system but poor quality”

(From comments of the person whom I booked this hotel for) 1) Cleanliness: Room cleaning carelessly: hair on bed, water and dirt in bathroom 2) Food: Few choices for breakfast Fruits were not fresh (longan was too old, turned yellow under the peel) Cockroach crawled on jackfruit dishes (noticed the staff and she changed immediately) 3) Facilites The hotel was Que Huong (Hometown) hotel then sold to Liberty. All facilities are old. No separate floor for hotel restaurant. Room had bed smell partially due to closed space. But we had informed the arrival time in advance (10pm), they should open the door or turn on airconditioner in advance to clear this smell. 4) Booked this hotel at VND1,500,000 and they said it was the good room of the hotel but still low quality. 5) Staff attitude was good.

The place is a dump”

Booked a room with balcony tried to give us a room with no balcony. Came back at night and the room smelled of sewer backup. We moved rooms again no balcony no lock box. Did not have breakfast as the lobby was gross. Also come back at night a there are people sleeping in the lobby with pillows blankets and all. This place should be a hostel at best.

I liked it ! Of course, location is the most important advantage. One of the most beautiful green of the central streets of Saigon. A large room with a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. A varied breakfast (buffet). In general, suitable for both tourists and business travelers. For short and long stay! I recommend .

Lovely Hotel and service with a smile”

locate five minutes walk from ben thanh market, great for eating at night,even local people went to ben thanh to have dinner, open until 11 pm. i also take me 5 mins to le loi street, shopping at new vincom center, highland coffee shop just near the corner, walk to the park next to ben thanh in 5 mins.hotel is nice for the price i paid.

A pleasant Holiday!”

Great Location. Staff are friendly. Close to the mueseums and walking distance to Ben Thahn market. The bathroom is well equipped and clean. A wide spread of buffet breakfast and the view is excellent.

Good hotel and centrally located”

we booked this hotel through agoda and only had the internet image to go by. when we arrived at the hotel we were shown a different room with a very small window. i requested a change of room and this was done without fuss. our room was on the fifth floor and the window overlooked ben thanh market and the massive roundabout in front of the market. when we weren't out and about we would sit at the window and look in wonder at the chaotic yet organised traffic. amazing to watch. the room itself was clean and well appointed. the restaurant was on the top floor with great views. the staff were helpful and accomodating.

Good value for money”

The rooms are comfortable and I could receive the TV channel of my home country so I stay connected to home while staying in HCMC. The noodles served during breakfast is delicious, and as usual,I also go for the plain porridge. Being a regular guest, I could use the business centre printer to print my boarding pass without charge.

Comfortable Hotel in good location”

I usually stay in this hotel when in Saigon. The staff is always friendly and helfpul, all admin things are kept uncomplicated. Internet works fine, they have a free printer in reception. Breakfast buffet is fine, although it is advisable not to go too late.

Hotel with good price, great staff, good location”

The Liberty 2 is in a good location in District 1, close to everything. The road is busy and crowded - like all the others - but inside the hotel, it is clean, quiet and has the nicest staff a hotel could have. Helpful,efficient and welcoming. We would recommend it to friends and, if we return to Saigon, would reserve a room again.

Well situated, comfortable Hotel”

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and have always been happy. The rooms and beds are comfy (even if some of the furniture is a little dated), the location is great (2 minutes to Ben Tanh market, 10 minutes to walk to the post office and notre dame cathedral, 10 minutes to walk to the River), the staff speak English and are friendly. Prices for the Minibar and room service are relatively cheap, the foood they serve is good.

Friendly, convenient location”

Overall the hotel is good value for money. The rooms are comfy, the breakfast buffet is plentiful, the service friendly and good and the location of the hotel is very convenient for exploring downtown Saigon. I never felt unsafe in the area and the hotel has plenty of security. A Taxi from there to the Airport will costs around 100k Dong (depending on traffic).

Conveniently located”

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Ben Thant market and the Saigon Square shopping mall. The hotel serves very good porridge and I ate it for 3 straight mornings. For Chinese guest, especially for the Teochews, this is the best porridge. There is a very good foot massgae just a few doors away. You could just walk over in your hotel room slippers.

Great Location”

Overall, it was worth the money staying at liberty 2 hotel. Service was excellent! The location was superb! Walking distance to everywhere in District 1. Free internet (2 computers), free wifi in the rooms, well stocked minibar, huge rooms, great view from the restaurant on the 10th floor during breakfast. Our room was on the 8th floor, and it was not noisy at all. It helped that there was a COLD BEER place a few doors down, with a great selection of local and imported beers, and they were COLD. Great to spend the last hours of the night, watching the people and traffic pass you by.

Average hotel with good location in D1”

Most of the stay including location is pretty standard. Price is average according to surrounding hotel in D1. Good is location, basic for price. Còn:. Massage parlors touterer , on left and right side of hotel...pretty much entire block. Water pressure didn't work well..old. they knew about it.
