questo hotel ci e' sembrato non moderno visto dall'esterno, ma le stanze sono accettabili e non ci si puo' lamentare affatto, infatti io lo suggerirei per viaggi di business piuttosto che soggiorni vacanzieri, la posizione non e' malvagia, si trova vicino a buoni ristoranti e locali tipo pub.

“Booked Premier Double or Twin Room, “Allegedly Upgraded” to Executive Deluxe Room”
We stayed at Liberty Central Saigon Centre Hotel for three nights during our family trip to Ho Chi Minh City with our 9-year-old daughter, and while the location and food were fantastic, the room size and bathroom setup disappointed us. Booked through Agoda for its central District 1 spot and promised amenities, our experience had highs and lows. The Good: The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in District 1, a 3-minute walk to Ben Thanh Market and close to Notre-Dame Basilica and the Saigon Central Post Office, perfect for our planned outings. We loved strolling to nearby food joints like Maison Marou Café, Ruth's House where we had authentic pho. The breakfast buffet at Central Restaurant was a highlight, especially as first-time Vietnamese food eaters. Our daughter devoured the pancakes and fresh fruit, while we enjoyed the pho and spring rolls—plenty of variety, including vegetarian options. The Not-So-Good: The room was a letdown. We booked a Premier Double or Twin Room expecting a spacious setup with a bathtub, as advertised on Agoda. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we were upgraded to an Executive Deluxe Room, but it still felt much smaller than the 28–32m² promised online—closer to 20–22m², making it cramped for three with luggage. The bathroom was another issue: there was no separate tub and shower, just a shower-in-tub combo, which wasn’t what we expected given our request for a bathtub. When we raised this with reception, they initially insisted it was an upgrade but later admitted the room was smaller than advertised. They kindly showed us other rooms, explaining that no rooms have separate tubs and showers—only shower-in-tub or shower-only setups. This was frustrating, as Agoda’s description suggested otherwise. Staff Experience: The staff started off a bit unfriendly when we questioned the room size, but they quickly warmed up. Special thanks to Manager at the reception, who showed us other rooms, making us feel heard. Their effort to accommodate us was appreciated, even if the room issue couldn’t be fully resolved. Value for Money: At ~***/night (booked via Agoda with a deal), the hotel was decent for its location and breakfast, but the misleading room size and bathroom setup reduced the value. A larger room or clearer Agoda description would’ve made it feel worth the price. Would We Return?: Probably not, unless we could guarantee a bigger room with a proper bathtub. The location, food, and staff (once they got friendly) were great, but the small room and bathroom setup didn’t meet our expectations for a comfortable family stay. For families prioritising space and specific bathroom amenities, double-check room details before booking!

“A Truly Exceptional Stay! The Staff and Location Make This Hotel Shine!”
Our recent stay at the Liberty Central Saigon Centre was fantastic, and I can confidently say this hotel remains my top choice in Ho Chi Minh City. Having stayed here four times this year, the consistent commitment to guest comfort is truly impressive. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. We were welcomed with a hassle-free check-in process, and the concierge staff was incredibly helpful, even taking the time to assist us with our luggage right up to our room. While the hotel offers a wide selection at the breakfast buffet, which is appreciated, I must offer minor constructive feedback: the taste of the traditional Vietnamese dishes (specifically the Pho Bo, Pho Ga, and the Banh Mi) still needs improvement. Despite this small culinary note, the dining variety is excellent. However, what impresses me most and secures my loyalty are the staff. Every single team member is exceptionally friendly, always greeting you with a ready, winsome smile. After a long day of walking, shopping, and sightseeing across the city, that radiant smile is truly a blast of energy—a small but significant detail that elevates the entire guest experience. Their care extended even to our safety, as staff members consistently assisted us in crossing the busy street in front of the hotel. Finally, the location is absolutely awesome! You simply cannot beat the convenience. We were within easy walking distance of Ben Thanh Market, Pharmacy, the bustling Food Street, Saigon Square, Convenience Store and countless delightful boutique shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Liberty Central Saigon Centre. The service and prime location alone guarantee a wonderful trip, and I will happily be returning next year!

“Convenient and Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Saigon”
We stayed at Liberty Central Saigon Centre Hotel from January 25–29, and overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient stay. The hotel’s prime location is a huge advantage—it’s close to convenience stores, Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, and surrounded by various local restaurants, coffee shops, spas, drugstores, ATM machines, and travel agencies. Everything you need is literally just a few steps away. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff were consistently warm, attentive, and welcoming, which made mornings a great way to start the day. That said, the check-in and check-out process could use improvement. We arrived very early in the morning around 12:30 AM and only got to our room at 1:30 AM, which felt quite long after a tiring journey. Despite this, the comfort of the stay and the excellent location made up for the initial inconvenience. Overall, we would still highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers who value accessibility, comfort, and friendly service in the heart of Saigon.

“Worthy stay ”
We have only sincere appreciation & gratitude from the ushering to the reception staff. It was indeed endearing to see everyone wearing natural smiles all the time, greeting, wishing & assisting, willingly, Upgraded our booking to an Executive Room, a well appointed room with all the well thought out amenities, besides a perfect bed for restful sleep. If we have to pick the best of this hotel’s, it would certainly have to be their buffet breakfast… a splendid spread of wide array of dishes that everyone needs to begin their day with. The serving staff were so attentive & even makes everyone welcome to splurge on their treat. Cleanliness at all the area, including even the swimming pool are & the spa zone was very comforting, especially for us, staying with our 6 year old grandchild, whose comfort, safety & overall well-being is an utmost priority. All in all, Liberty Central Saigon Center hotel is indeed a good choice of hotel to stay in, especially, being in midst of the area, convenient for everything a tourist needs.

“Good location, Great Staff, room/bed is clean and comfortable, decent breakfast, nice city view.. checkout by 12pm is a plus, Good price.”
This is one of the best hotel we stay o far in HCM city. Staff at front desk are treat us nice & helpful. First they give us an upgrade to Executive room (they currently have a promotion). The room has great city view, good size for 3 person family, clean. Bed was comfortable & we had a good sleep last night. Breakfast is exceed our expectations. Not fancy but they have all kind of foods, from VN Pho, Bun Bo Hue. Eggs, cereals, bread & pate, jambon. Desserts are cake, assorted fruits. Drinks are coffee, tea, juice, soy milk & milk. It’s a few steps from Ben Thanh market, restaurants, street foods, convenient store, cafe, bars, shops. Its quite convenient for tourists Overall, it’s a nice experience for our family. My daughter really likes this hotel. It’s worth the price we paid. We definitely stay here again on our next trip.

“Location was good but could be better”
As a solo traveller I decided to stay in a higher star hotel for my safety and comfort. Price is higher than what I would expect from HCM but decided to go ahead as I understand it’s the Deepavali weekend and prices are higher than usual. Despite it being a 4 star property, I felt that the overall service and cleanliness was a little under my expectations. Front desk answered my queries but I felt that service was not as warm and friendly than expected. Room cleanliness was disappointing, in some areas - especially the presence of mold in the bathroom. Amenities were topped up promptly which I appreciated. Bed and aircon was definitely lacking as I did not sleep well for the 2 nights I stayed there. But I enjoyed the hotel breakfast! Was concerned that my room’s hair dryer’s screw came off and alerted the front desk at checkout but she did not have much of a respond except for noting it down on her end. Overall the property’s best advantage is its location, other than that, no particular reason I would recommend it.

“Best Hotel I stayed in on my HCM holiday”
I found the Liberty Hotel very good overall. Staff were friendly and the rooms are very clean and quite modern. Excellent Breakfast which is a buffet was amazing and had a lovely variety and great range of food. Lovely restaurant to have breakfast in. Room was nice and also had a very comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel as it was the best hotel out of 3 I stayed at in Ho Chi Minh. The only issue was the welcome drink which someone else mentioned in another review. it is a joke,I asked for a beer and the barman gave me a cognac glass with about 2-3 cm of beer in it .I could not believe it. I think it is a in house joke for the staff but the rest was very good so this had to be overlooked but I wanted to mention it

Stayed at Liberty Central Saigon Centre Hotel from Jan 25–29 and loved how effortlessly convenient everything was. The hotel sits right in the heart of the city—steps away from Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, cafés, spas, drugstores, ATMs, and local dining spots, making it perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet was a lovely start to the day, made even better by the warm and attentive restaurant staff. While our late-night arrival could have been handled more smoothly, the comfort, location, and overall atmosphere quickly made up for it. A stylish and comfortable stay in the center of Saigon—definitely worth recommending.

“Enjoying my stay at Liberty Central Saigon Centre Hotek”
This hotel is in a great location only 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Markets. Well worth paying for a room including the buffet breakfast. Extensive range and variety for the breakfast buffet. The restaurant is also very pleasant. The hotel has a roof top pool as well which is great to cool off. Rooms are clean a couple of minor maintenance issues but nothing too bad to deal with. Overall for the price and location it is great value. Would definitely stay here again

Liberty Central Saigon was an absolute delight to stay at during my trip. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made me feel welcome. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. My room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, with fresh towels and toiletries replenished daily. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, from local Vietnamese specialties to international favorites. That said, one minor downside is the open kitchen concept in the breakfast area. While it’s nice to see the kitchen staff preparing fresh dishes like fried eggs on the spot, the smell from the cooking, especially from the wok, can linger and cling to your clothes as you sit and eat. It’s something to be mindful of if this might bother you. The location of Liberty Central Saigon is unbeatable rght in the heart of the city, with major attractions, shopping streets, and restaurants just a short walk away. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it a great retreat from the city's hustle and bustle just next to Ben Thanh Market.. Overall, Liberty Central Saigon delivers an exceptional combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers looking for a memorable stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

“A Fantastic Stay with an Unbeatable Location”
Our recent weekend stay at this hotel was truly impressive, largely due to its exceptional location. The convenience was unparalleled; we were just a short walk from the bustling Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square, and surrounded by an incredible variety of restaurants and food stalls. Having a convenience store just steps away was an added bonus that made our trip so much easier. The service at the hotel was excellent. The express check-in and check-out process was a huge time-saver, and we were attended to almost immediately. I was particularly impressed when the concierge was able to assist me right away in calling a local restaurant to check their hours. It was also incredibly easy to book Grab taxis from the hotel, even for short trips. The only area that could use some improvement is the buffet breakfast. While it was convenient to have on-site, the bánh mì didn't quite capture the authentic flavor we've come to love in Saigon, and some of the other dishes were a bit bland. Overall, the hotel’s prime location and efficient, friendly staff made for a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend it for its great service and proximity to everything Saigon has to offer.

“2nd stay, good value, good location too”
Traveled in Vietnam and rebooked this room for the one overnight before flying out the next day. So this is my second posting. Same as I wrote before (and below) but I will add that the location of this hotel is excellent for walking about District 1 and visiting most of the key sites. As I previous wrote, this hotel is good value at the time i stayed (March 2023). Everything is new. It has the feel like it was renovated during COVID. Good lobby. Clean rooms, although small. friendly helpful staff, especially the concierge and security and bell hop guys who are always helping out with doors, cars, etc. Breakfast was large selection and decent. Nothing spectacular, but good. Fresh egg service and also local noodles. only complaint is the rooms facing the street side, several nights, the outside on the street eating parties could be quite loud. I stayed here a second time and asked for a back facing room and somebody was playing some Vietnamese music early morning. So, take your pick which annoyance you want to deal with.

“Nice stay”
There was an error on their end regarding our booking and we were relocated in another hotel which was farther from the location spots we have wanted to go. It became a hassle for us to transport to and from the hotel. The stay itself was great and the hotel and amenities were nice. We hope that for the succeeding guests would not encounter this.

“Fantastic stay in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City”
Staffs are very accommodating, allowed us to early check in and late check out, even though their fully booked. Breakfast is great, some items repeats daily but the main course differs, and all the food taste good. It has a pool, sauna, gym, and steam bath and they offer massage as well. Literally 1 min walk to ben than, 3 min to saigon square, and around 5 to 10 min walk to other famous attractions, perfect shopping base. Room is good, it has a bidet, centralized ac, that is quick to cool the room and very cold, we need to adjust it higher sometimes since its super cold. Anyway bang for the buck, and will definitely be back

“Room and location.”
The room is clean , staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good . I simplity walk to most of the place of interest . Some Local food stall just downstair of the hotel. Actually , can order food from grab . Only one things is , the room noise insulation is bad , can even hear every liaton word said from next room chatting and anyone tapping to open the room can hear easily.... out of 100% i give 75%... because of the room insulation .
