Albergo moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort. Situato in pieno centro, posizione ottimale per muoversi a piedi. Colazione buona e varia. Non ho usufruito della piscina ma mi è sembrata una buona occasione per chi volesse rinfrescarsi e magari bere un drink nello Sky bar annesso. Piccolo ma accogliente. Staff molto gentile e sempre attento alle esigenze dell’ospite. In particolare modo il mr Quoc Toan, il ragazzo che si occupa delle valige e del taxi. Si vede che realmente vuole aiutarti e la sua disponibilità è genuina e sincera.

Piacevole soggiorno, con possibilità di momenti di relax in piscina sul tetto dell'hotel (atmosfera di sera molto gradevole, in mezzo ai grattacieli con giochi di luce colorati). Colazione con buffet vario e abbondante, per tutti i gusti. Unico neo sono i tempi di attesa in reception. Personale cortese e disponibile. L'albergo chiede una cauzione in contanti all'arrivo, che restituisce alla ripartenza dopo il check della camera.

Amazing service, clean, great location, good pool and bar”

This hotel is amazing value for what you pay, the staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need, the greeter (Nhu) made every entrance to the hotel lobby very welcoming. The room was very clean and soundproof from the traffic outside (also great aircon for the hot days!). The facilities were also pretty good, with spa services, a good pool and rooftop bar. The location was perfect, right near all the attractions with great food and coffee options nearby. They serve a delicious passionfruit drink on arrival and were able to hold our bags/let us shower before our late night flight. Highly recommend this hotel for travellers.

Amazing Service”

I did not expect that the hotel staff can trace the taxi driver which overcharged us from airport to hotel - but they did!! amazing!!! this taxi driver charged us 700,000 dong compared to a normal fare of 150,000 dong. I don't know how the hotel management did it but the latest notice from the receptionist is that the driver is coming to the hotel to apologize and return the money. In the spirit of Christmas :) and maybe because we don't want to see the face of this cheater, we did not take back the money. We are thankful to the hotel management and maybe a little bit to the taxi management for cooperating and surrendering their driver.

Great hotel in a central Saigon location ”

Good sized, modern and clean rooms with city views. Excellent location for all the main sights in HCMC. Facilities are also superb, especially the roof top sky bar and outdoor infinity pool. Breakfast has huge selection of buffet choices, plus pho and an egg chef. We were upgraded on arrival. Very attentive and helpful staff.

Our Saigon Favorite”

The Liberty Central Citypoint is the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Saigon. The location in District 1 is perfectly central within the attractions here. The staff is always great. Check in and check out are easy. The rooms are clean and stylish. The rooftop pool and bar are a huge plus. This is our go-to hotel in Saigon.

Initially was assigned a room with no bathtub where I already put in my booking request. The staff was great and quickly change the room for me. Bed was very comfortable.. and room is cosy.. just one feedback.. i felt the shower hot water is not that hot.. but other than that, everything is perfect.

Friendly hospitable staff. Welcomed us with a cold drink and towel. Concierge always helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. On our departure day, they even went out of their way to help us with a problem we had with airport transfer which was arranged at the airport.

I was been to Liberty central saigon city point Yesterday. im really impressed of the service and Management. I also work in the hotel industry, and I learn a lot from this hotel. From the room condition, employees are good at speaking, kindness, and agility. Especially general manager Mr. Robert Falls His ability to cope with the service is great. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out I could fault nothing. This is the best hotel I have stayed in. I have previously been to HCMC 8 times and have stayed in 5 star hotels. The Liberty wins hands down, from the excellent service of the team to the location and rooftop bar. The presentation of the room was first class.

Lovely hotel, good facilities in a convenient location to visit some of the sites in Saigon. Great friendly staff. If you can afford it have an executive room it has its own dining room for breakfast plus soft drinks and coffee , plus snacks in the afternoon and in the evening free drinks and food till 8:30

Location is good. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel room are clean. Overall is a good stay. Definitely will book liberty city point again when coming to Ho Chi Minh.
