Good for either business or travel”
The hotel is just 25 minutes from the airport (at low peak time) and at the very central position of HCM city. The room I stayed is clean and quiet. Staff are friendly. There’s parking space for travelers who want to rent bikes to go around.

Pro - Clean, good shower pressure, toothbrush and shampoo provided. Breakfast was okay. Good location in District 3. Staff very friendly and helped me with my bags. Front desk staff spoke English. Cons - Air conditioner was not strong. No window in room so the lighting was not great. No plug in beside bed (just one by the desk). Lots of restaurants and cafe around but hardly anyone working in them spoke English.

This is a good hotel. Maybe 1km from main tourist area. Reception staff speak english. All staff are helpful. Theres a good sized park over the road which is awesome for a walk (about 900mtrs) around the track and a lot of xercise machines dotted around to. Plenty of trees keep u in the shade. Theres a market (tran dinh) about 300 mtrs down the road. More of a market for locals (cheaper) than ben than but not as much stuff but good value. Dont go if your looking for clothing unless your vn.

the location is good and the hotel is clean. other than that, all the rest is wrong! the noise from the outside is unbearable. you will NOT sleep a good night's sleep! no kettle in the room for hot water. the lift meant for midgets only. the steps to the hotel are too steep and dangerous! the hotel charges too much for water! there are windowless rooms in the hotel.

Staff here were very nice. Hotel is old but people here were very friendly. Also, breakfast was very good. Order buffet. I think good value for money .

An overall positive experience, only draw back was the wall directly outside my window which made for a slightly depressing atmosphere. Rooms at the front would have a great view of a park and HCM traffic chaos (in a good way).

I really enjoyed this hotel. I had a small corner room but it was well lit and a large bed. The bathroom was spacious as well. only con about this is the traffic noise, but it's to be expected given the location, which was perfect for me. Breakfast was great, it's included in the stay and it's made to order. Reception was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

This hotel is situated in District 3 and is walking distance to things like the Remnants War Museum. There is a lively park to explore across the road. We found it perfect for our needs when in Ho Chi Minh and have booked in again for a few more days when we return

Close to all amenities in Saigon”
We e joy staying at Lien Phuong because the proximity to so many key attractions. This is our fourth time staying here. The staff are very helpful. There’s a few little things that could be made to improve the hotel but their minor. I wish they had an English news channel on their TV like BBC or CNN.

Pros, good staff, the suite was very spacious and clean, the location was perfect for us needing to get to the US Consulate. Lawyer Office, and FV hospital, directly across from a park which is nice except when there are events like the fair at night it was booming bass noise like a techno beat, not a fan. Cons, the bed though huge was too firm for me, the pillows were equal to an 80 lbs. bag of cement I couldn't sleep on them, made a pillow from the robes and pillowcase , next time would bring our own pillows, food was average at best or a little below, no frills in the room plain simple no nice soaps, or toiletries for a suite you would expect a little more, the street rooms have a lot of street noise I was on the 5th floor, the cliche "you get what you pay for" applied for 50$ a night it was fair.

My review in detailed scores: (8 is satisfied) Staff: 9/10 (very helpful and always smiling) Breakfast: 5/10 (If you want something tasty to enjoy in the morning, just go eat outside, or else, for a busy business person, it's acceptable) Toalet: 9/10 (have bath tub, and very clean) Air conditioner: 6/10 (old, have little noise and hard to control using the remote) Bed: 8/10 (clean but not quite comfortable) Other facilities on overall: 8/10 (new and clean) Others: Ironing fee for a white T-shirt is only VND 5000
