Molto bello”
Posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia, anche se di 4/5 metri. bella piscina. Una serie di bungalow di varie tipologie in un bel giardino molto curato.. Quelli base sono in legno, con bagno in muratura. Camera piccola con letto matrimoniale, con tv e aria condizionata. Bagno con doccia e acqua calda. Colazione a buffet abbondante e varia. Wifi solo nelle aree comuni. Staff amichevole. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Ottimo punto di partenza per girare l'isola”
Il resort è situato su una delle più belle spiagge dell'isola (HAAD YAO), dove ci sono diversi ristorantini e locali molto carini da provare per un pranzo/cena o per trascorrere una serata sotto le stelle in riva al mare! dietro il complesso c'è il loro centro massaggi (consigliato!), 2 supermarket e 2 motorent L'intero staff gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Il cottage è in legno e molto caratteristico, minimale nell'arredamento, ma obiettivamente quanto tempo si passa in camera?!La pulizia è quotidiana così come il cambio degli asciugamani. Il giardino che circonda il resort è molto ben curato, piscina grande e sempre pulitissima. Una cosa apprezzata è la possibilità di avere lettini gratuiti in spiaggia, per gli ospiti del resort. Colazione molto varia sia sul fronte salato che dolce. Impagabile mangiare di prima mattina con una vista mare così.

Molto bello il giardino e il fatto che sia sulla spiaggia, ma la camera lascia a desiderare,il bagno è fatiscente.

Overbooking ”
Siamo arrivati e accolti con un problema di overbooking, hanno provato a dirottarctin un resort a 200 metri di qualità bassa e in un bungalow distante dalla spiaggia, alla nostra ferma opposizione ( avevamo prenotato il loro superior fronte mare) ci hanno dato una villa(bella) che usano normalmente per il check-in lungo, siamo stati la prima notte, poi ci hanno cocesso una seconda notte, e poi un bungalow nel giardino. Alla nostra richiesta di rimborso della differenza al ceck-out la direttrice ha chiamato Agoda e alla fine ci ha comunicato che visti i primi due giorni in villa gli altri quattro in giardino compensavano il prezzo. La struttura è bella il personale sempre disponibile, colazione scarsa e monotona, sul ristorante dipende dal tempo, altrimenti vi consigliamo di mangiare altrove !!! Iltre a noi nello stesso periodo abbiamo saputo di altre famiglie dirottate in strutture vicine. Insomma bella struttura, cattiva organizzazione...

Ottima la posizione nella baia di haad salad: spiaggia tra le più belle dell'isola. Sistemazioni standard sono bungalow nelle retrovie del resort, piccole, anguste c'è spazio solo per il letto e un como, niente armadi o spazi per appoggiare bagagli anche piccoli e vestiti. Bagno essenziale appena sufficiente la pulizia. La struttura in generale è carina negli spazi comuni: bella la piscina vista mare, il bbq serale sulla spiaggia, l'area colazione. In spiaggia mancano ombrelloni mentre le sdraio ci sono ma bisogna fare self service e non sono gran che pulite. Le camere superior invece sono belle, grandi e ben mantenute, anche la pulizia è migliore e il mobilio moderno e presente. Globale 3 stelle per la posizione, i servizi e le stanze superior, sarebbero state due per i bungalow standard.

Peaceful & Tranquil Resort”
We stayed in a Garden Hut for 4 nights. The huts have recently been renovated and further renovation works are ongoing (Mar19 - not really noticeable as the work is carried out behind a green panel fence). The hut was functional with large double bed (2 singles together) nice new bathroom, quiet AC unit. No fridge in room but reception will provide ice box free of charge, just need to pay extra for ice. The garden hut would really benefit from having a small clothes rail or a couple of shelves. WiFi is a bit hit & miss depending on where you are around the site. Free collection from Thongsala Pier. The Hotel is perfectly located at the northern end of the peaceful & tranquil Haad Yao (Long Bay). All amenities are a short walk away (7-Eleven etc..) although renting a scooter is the best way to see the best of what Koh Phangan has to offer.

We loved everything about that resort. The garden is well maintained, having a small swimming pool facing to the sea. Stuff is very polite and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient and had many options. The beach is super nice with a few affordable restaurants and bars too.

Great little piece of heaven, minus the construction ”
This resort on Haad Yao is exactly what I pictured Thailand to be like. Remote, beautiful, with friendly people and great food. There's still quite a bit of construction going on at the resort and nearby so try to get a Seafront or the VIP apartment, or at least one far from the noise.

nice place with big and clean room. amazing location on the beautiful haad yao beach, next to great restaurants. the hotel offers a kayak at 150 baht per hour- great price. the bathroom is not so nice- very old fashioned and has a bad smell.

Great location, best beach on Koh Phangan”
The resort is located on the best beach - long, sandy, good walks and swimming was absolutely fantastic. And no full-moon or any moon party here! The resort’s garden is very well maintaining ned and beautiful. However, there was problems with the pool. Subject to COVID the restaurant was closed, we received a limited breakfast though. The bungalow is spacious and airy, the floors and furniture hard wood, fridge & a/c in each bungalow (except perhaps the garden huts which locate in the back). Shower & wc need some redecoration. The owner miss Mew is very helpful and is doing her utmost to ensure that every customer enjoys the holiday at the resort.

Deep renovation required as soon as possible”
Well located, gentle and professional staff at reception, parking lot for free. Overall facilities need an urgent and in-depth renovation. Starting from villas, restaurant, path lighting, etc. Swimming pool facilities require new sun beds. In case of heavy rain some water gets into the room through windows and door. Breakfast can be improved, coffee machine should be changed asap. Some staff is extremely focused on the phone; but really too much at the restaurant, garden or wherever. Staff we found at reception was really helpful and professional. Unless serious renovation works are urgently carried out, I would suggest to book somewhere else.

Very tired resort. Very uncomfortable mattress’s which seems a problem for everyone we talked to at resort. The restaurant is not staffed nor looking to do daytime pool side business. The buffet was small and tired too. No cold juices. No brewed coffee at all, warm fruits, greasy food. There were bugs in our room constantly. None of that mattered as the bed was just horrible. We won’t be back. Owners are there daily, but only to eat. They don’t even talk to customers or ask about there stay.

Dont stay in the Garden room”
The resort itself is beautiful. The garden rooms need a MAJOR renovation. We found a massive cockroach in our room and we were right beide a construction zone. The hotel behind the garden rooms is massive and you can hear everything in your room. When we got there the pool was so green they had to shut it down and drain it all. We didnt eat at the resort. It's quite far from Thong Sala, but easy to get to bottle beach (taxi and Long tail boat) the beach is so beautiful for the sunset and it's quiet. If you book here- upgrade to an ocean view room.
