l'hotel è stato appena finito, è davvero molto bello e curato, romantico, le stanze sono grandi e lussuose, molto pulite, l'esterno è rigoglioso e tutti i dettagli sono molto accurati. il personale è solerte, molto gentile, forse un po' poco professionale, sicuramente a causa dell'apertura recente. il ristorante è eccessivamente caro anche rispetto alla qualità dei cibi. la spiaggia è un po' piccola e per arrivare in paese serve un mezzo, facilmente reperibile tra taxi e affitto moto. vivamente consigliato.

Impatto buono per l'ambiente La spiaggia non viene regolarmente pultia, è piccola e non Vi sono lettini nè ombrelloni a sufficienza. il personale è gentile, ma anche in reception hanno difficoltà con l'inglese . Il ristorante è caro e non offre niente di speciale

Hotel in stile coloniale antico, ma vecchio”
L'hotel è molto bello all'arrivo : villette sparse in mezzo agli alberi, tra laghetti, la spiaggia è lontana e piccola. Forse era la stagione, ma tutto sembrava disabitato, personale gentile, ma scarso. La colazione non era granchè. La camera sembrava quella di un vecchio film coloniale, bella vedersi ma sgradevole a star i.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 6 days from 5 to 10 May 2019 in Ancient Deluxe room, the facilities and settings are as same as photos on Agoda! XDD And I love the separate shower and bathtub, also the bathtub is inside the house so that I can relax and enjoy without any mosquitos or bugs! That is very good!!! Also, the distance to the swimming pool and beach is very close, about 5 minutes. Moreover, I love the room service that we ordered rib and chicken, they were very delicious. If I come to Phu Quoc Island again, Long Beach Resort will be my first choice! The staff is very nice and I appreciate them in the heart!

Great family Resort! ”
Would definitely recommend especially for family travellers. We stayed in a family room which was clean, a bed for everyone and had great view of the ocean ( all family rooms are close to the pool/ocean). The beds are comfortable and bathroom is very nice and modern, like what you see in a 5 star hotel. The patio is quite large. Would be great to have better seating here but what they have is ok and works. This resort is cute and charming and definitely older but very comfortable. Most of all, this resort is affordable and in a great location with access to airport, King Kong market and even the night market is only a short taxi ride away. Breakfast is great. Lots of selection and the staff in the dining area are super nice! So overall, thumbs up. Note they will ask to hold a passport as a damage deposit, which we didn’t and so we agreed on a different option. The staff speak good English and are helpful. If not sure about something just ask and it’s all resolved.

We had a great time and memory here. And we would love to come back again. Our room was Ancient deluxe room for 3 nights on the island. We had aircon issue for first few days due to wooden structure unable to keep the cold air & temp and receptionist helped us to get extra room card to keep it running n cool. Bike rental at hotel is very much convenient and price is fair. Wooden bathtub was oily n dirty when we checked in and there r holes n leaking water so it took longer time to fill it up. But housekeeping staffs are friendly and helpful and cleaned it for us before we used it. Location is great, close to the airport and close to market and eateries and convenient stores. Beachfront is clean, so nice to swim and excellent sunset view and chairs r enough for the crowd. Bfast was average for 4 stars hotel like this. Most of the things worked fine for us and like to recommend for everyone.

Quite happy with the hotel. It is close to the centre (by bike only) and in a very quiet area. We had a room right next to the restaurant, so it was a bit noisy in the morning around breakfast time (they don't serve dinner, so no noise in the evening) and the walls (and the connecting door) are pretty thin, so we could "enjoy" the family next door and their baby. Other than that, nothing negative to say about this place. Apparently the private beach is one of the best to enjoy the sunset.

The hotel location is perfect. Not too far from the market, but close enough to the beach. It means quiet enough to relax but available to go somewhere. Staff friendly and room very clean. I made a good decision

Booked this place on a whim and was pleased with it. Very quiet hotel, the ancient suite was extremely nice and would definitely book it again. Everything is a short motorbike ride away. Beach bar wasn’t amazing but wasn’t awful either. I actually enjoyed the quiet time.

Good value, good location and friendly staff. Excellent airport transfer (both ways). However, building site next door was not advertised - cranes working at 1am and banging throughout the day made sleeping/enjoying the pool harder work than it should have been. Otherwise, hotel cannot be faulted.

Clean , near to town , fair price”
I stay at anxient deluxe room and i like it. The staff was very good and polite. Swimming pool not really big but good enough. There have a lot of beach chair but always tag with towel but without people there. Sometime abit hard to get a chair. Breakfast not bad , not much variety but nice. This resort quite near to town and night market. The price i paid is worth what i get.

I love how quiet the place was, yet close by to the city. What can be improved is to add more pillows to each bed, it’s usually standard to have 4 pillows per room. Also, add more plug points to the room. Each room should have a stand fan, which we had after switching rooms due to some minor issues which they acted on promptly. The breakfast was limited variety, but it was good. Their coffee was amazing!!! Overall, I’m glad I chose this place. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and were very comfortable here.
