We had a layover in Gimpo for one night to transfer to Busan, and stayed at the Lotte city hotel. It was connected to the subway system as well as the airport! Super convenient! Staffs were so kind & friendly, room we stayed was amazingly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel!

First it’s probably the most convenient hotel I’ve ever stayed in, you can walk with your luggage trolley and take it to your room ready for the next day to go back to the airport. There’s a shopping mall underneath if you arrive in time to enjoy it (I arrived very late) the staff are friendly and helpful and the room is clean and well appointed. Worth the money

Superb location”
The hotel is conveniently located next to Gimpo Airport so it's super convenient for those who are catching an early flight the next day. The room and toilet are clean and the bed is comfortable. Lotte Department Store is also located next to the hotel, there is a supermarket and many restaurants in the mall.

Great for early flight next day”
If you're flying out of Incheon, Seoul's main airport, this is not for you. If you're flying out of Gimpo Airport, which serves all domestic airports plus lots of East Asian destinations, this hotel is your most convenient option. It's a 10-minute walk to Gimpo, all underground. Checkout is quick. There are plenty of restaurants in the adjoining mall.

Wish I had discovered this hotel sooner. Perfect location, close to airport and subway line. Lots of western dining options in mall, and shopping! Easy to access anywhere in the city, and don’t have to drag your bags on subway to get to hotel. Loved it.

Very convenient location right above a Lotte mall, esp if you have an early flight from gimpo airport which is only 10 mins walk away. Very clean. Loved the big bath tub and davines toiletries provided.

Stayed a night to catch a flight early the next morning. Staff spoke good English and room was clean. (Mega) Mall was right below the hotel with and airport was nearby.

For the facilities it felt like a five star hotel at the price of a four or three star hotel. It's also connected underground to lotte's market and other decent restaurants of you don't feel like going outside. Highly recommend and will go back!

Stayed one night here with my family. It is right above the big mall which is super convenient. It is also super near the gimpo airport (walking distance) if you’re catching a domestic flight. Place is clean, the room has power sockets that are international friendly which is SUPER helpful.

Lotte City Hotel is more expensive compared to the hotels near by gimpo airport because of its exceptional location and brand. The room is big enough, clean and comfortable.

Convenient and reprieve from busy city”
Liked the comfort and convenience offered by cleanliness and location of hotel. Bed and pillows were comfortable and toiletries in room were good too (made by davines). Being within Lotte mall and 5-10mins walk away from the subway or Gimpo airport was superb as well. A perfect place for a transit stop. Perhaps what took away from our stay was the fact that reception desk staff were frazzled when we checked in around 11ish pm after arriving straight from Incheon airport. They were quite unfriendly and harried, though there weren’t any other customers about. This made us feel like we were an inconvenience and I felt somewhat offended for myself and my family who received such ‘hospitality’. Also would’ve liked ceramic or glass cups to drink from as rooms only provided paper cups.

Easy walk to international terminal- 5 minutes. Sits above big mall with lots of shops. Quiet and clean. Nice staff. However, we were there during a hot spell and the air conditioning never got thee room cool. Had all the thermostat controls, but set it for high speed 18 deg; never got below 25. We didn’t want to get dressed or change rooms, so we just endured it.
