The best!”
Location: walking distance to Seoul City hall, Deoksugung Palace, Cheonggyecheon stream, Myeongdong street food area and Myeongdong Cathedral. Hotel is adjacent to the Lotte department store and basement foodcourt is an escalator down from the hotel lobby. Hotel room: Deluxe twin room is big enough even for 4 people. It has separate shower area, bathtub and toilet. Staff: very attentive and caring. My son who has autism wandered away from our room. We found him inside the dept store’s restroom thru the help of concierge and security staff who frantically looked for him as if he is their own. Beds are comfortable and makes it difficult to wake up. Always carefully made-up and toiletries (Molton Brown) are always more than enough. We weren’t able to use other hotel facilities but I heard the sauna is good.

This will be one of the best reviews written so far. I upgraded to the Club Lounge and it was truly Worth it. The Staff are exceptional. A special Thanks to JI U HAN who truly is caring and an very attentive. Breakfast, light snacks, Afternoon Tea and Happy hour dinner is provided. It was beyond all my expectations. The rooms in the hotel are large, very comfortable and Modern. 6 star service at a 4 star Price.

Very pleasant staff from the moment you walk in, who are very helpful and friendly. Vivian Kim, Front Reception -took the time to show me all the facilites and HER SERVICE Was beyond all expectations, she was very Knowledgeable , analytical and had the most amazing smile. Carolyn, Eileen, Min, Lauren and Subin are amazing, Attentive and so so helpful. Their services can range from planning and booking your holidays to making restaurant reservations or getting you access to special events. The concierge helps me with my day to day business needs with emails, printing and general advice and also provide help with Financial Services inquires Ive had . They even took care of my high-end travel reservations to Busan, which they have done for me personally on a few occasions.

Lovely Stay”
The hotel was in the prime location, the subway was just downstair with underground access. Myeongdong area was just across the street. Subway line downstair goes to the major tourist area. Airport Limousine just in front the door. Tour bus stop also in front the door. Next to the Lotte Dept store, with supermarket and restaurants. Very convenient. The hotel staffs are attentive, helpful, accommodating and friendly. Would love to come back here for sure! Highly recommended!

Well located for Myeongdong and luxurious ”
Location can’t be beat, for the food and shopping at Myeongdong. Joined to a shopping mall and department store, we were able to access food and shops albeit the typhoon and rain. Room was small but luxurious. Hotel bar felt posh, prices weren’t cheap but hey you’re paying for the ambience I guess and the convenience of not having to walk around in the rain for drinks. Staff were attentive and very helpful.

Stayed in a room with Club Lounge access. Nice ambience with various quality food and drinks provided at different times of the day. A good place to chill in between shopping and sightseeing. Room had a whirlpool bath. Perfect for nice water massage before bedtime. The fitness centre is a full 4th floor with many machines. Location of hotel is unbeatable.

It was my first time booking on agoda and was a little hesitant because of the great price. Not only was the process seamless, we were given a huge upgrade upon check in. Our room was spectacular. Dyptique Paris amenities. So many well thought out small details in the room. Great location. Just felt good being there. Highly walkable area to shopping and sightseeing.

Very nice room and impresssive service. you can get throught B1 of Lotte dept. stroe by escalator . The staffs help me calling Taxi to Airport on time(lot of luggages) , Thanks here . A littlebit far from Myeong-dong street food (~7mins)// 7-11 are on Lotte young or across the road so you need to walk however It's alright!!

It's been a pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. I stayed at the main tower, which is a bit older, but still, the room is clean and the hospitality of the staff members exceeded my expectations... They say your name when you call for room service, and they make sure they make a note and follow it when you make a request. I highly recommend this hotel as it is at (in my opinion) the center of Seoul, being close to so many great places for sightseeing and cultural experience. I am thankful that I got to try this hotel through Agoda.
