Good facilities and best in class service”
I travel a lot and have been to a countless number of hotels and this one has had almost the best customer service. As a Korean that hasn't lived in Korea, I was not familiar with traveling within the city but Alice at the front desk was a life saver. She went through the trouble to look through the map and explained in detail on how I could get to the multiple destinations. Other staff were very friendly too and were eager to help. Facilities were good but I would say that well trained staff this hotel's strength.

No extra touch made to the stay”
I was approached by the lobby staff when making my way towards the reception for checking in, to offer assistance in carrying my luggage. Was impressed with the prompt service. Booked the character room. Nicely decorated room. As we were there to celebrate our child's birthday, the hotel did not show any additional gesture like complimentary birthday cake, upgrade to Lotte World view.... to make her birthday celebration more magical. Toothbrushes, cleaning sponge, disposable bedroom slippers are provided. The character room sleeps 3. Hotel was linked to Lotte shopping, Supermarket, short walk to Lotte World from the side of the hotel. Across the road is the Lotte world Tower. Overall a comfortable stay.

Helpful staff, fantastic location ”
Really patient Housekeeping staff delivering extra bedding, towels and blankets when our young kids were down with a stomach bug from the ski village we were at prior to Lotte stay. Reception staff was also efficient and helpful providing details on nearest pharmacy and hospital (within 5 mins walk). Had an unfortunate start to stay when we arrived via airport limo bus and waited in the cold at the bus stop for the bellboy to respond to the bell we rang. Eventually had to lug big bags and sleepy cold children into the hotel on our own. Also wasn’t aware until check in that Lotte world tickets were available to hotel guests at a very good discount, a pity as we had just bought tickets online

Pros: Easy access to line 2 & 8 subway, Lotte shopping mall is a few steps away, Airport bus stops in front of hotel., Professional staff fluent in English, Walkable good restaurants, bakeries, clothing stores, etc., Clean room with a plenty of amenities, Courteous housekeepers, Speedy and clean elevators Cons: Old and stained carpet, Bathroom lighting was too dark.

What we like about this hotel: 1) service was awesome. Staffs were friendly, courteous and attentive. 2) The convinience. This hotel is connected to many facilities like a department store, subway, many shops, indoor and outdoor theme park. Opposite the hotel is another huge shopping mall with a huge sea world like attraction and many many shops too. It's accessible via the underground subway too. So literally, it's possible to spend your whole stay at this location. 3) direct shuttle bus to and fro Incheon airport What we don't like: 1) really far from Incheon airport. It takes at least 90mins by bus. So if you are the type of person who goes last minute to the airport, this hotel is not for you. It's also far from Myeongdong, where the street food and shopping haven is. 2) the price is not cheap. This is an upscale hotel, with many top amenities. So, it's not the budget travellers.

The hotel is clean and well located. The staff are courteous and attentive. Internet connection is also fast. But there are signs that show that the hotel is ageing. Bathroom is quite outdated.

Overall it’s a nice hotel. Location is good. I wish more of its staff speaks better English and has better knowledge of what’s available nearby. Twice we couldn’t find anywhere for dinner as we were a bit late going out. The Concierge couldn’t help us.
