If you are looking for an affordable stay at District 1, Lotus Boutique is the one. I feel safe when I was given a room on level 1 near the reception. At night, you can hear people talking if you don't mind low noise. Room is small but perfect and cosy. As soon as I enter the room, I was greeted by a nice spa smelling fragrant. Furnishing is new and modern. Tv is big!!! I love my room. Only that the pool is small but good enough for the price ur paying. Gym is decent, located at basement 1 so I just walked down the stairs. I was late for breakfast but they allow me to come in and even willinfully made me a nice omelette. One thing, still need to get a taxi to Ben Thanh Market. Unless Im a guy or with some friends, I don't mind walking. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Reception staffs can speak English. Doorman are helpful with getting taxis and carrying bags for you. Excellent place!

Hotel situato in zona centrale comodo per girare la città. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, silenziosa e pulizia impeccabile. Colazione abbondante e varia. Molto carina la piscina all’ultimo piano con vista panoramica sulla città. Wi-Fi non dei migliori, ma accettabile. Se dovessi tornare ad Ho Chi Minh tornerei sicuramente in questa struttura. Prezzo consigliato max. 15/20€ per una camera doppia con colazione.

This was a very special occasion when I proposed to my girlfriend and the manager and staff helped so much. They were so friendly and with every small detail they went over and above expectations. The room was very modern and clean, location quiet and central, breakfast was extensive and delicious and we felt welcome there every moment. This will be the go to place for us now when we stay in Saigon and I would absolutely recommend it. Big thanks to all staff for helping make it so special :)

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was just perfect for us. Always clean. You can have a breakfast buffet with a nice service, food and view. The pool is quite small and shallow but the view is beautiful. The location is very convenient, close to everything. Definitely we’ll be back.

I liked the hotel, the staff are very friendly and the free breakfast was delicious. The room was big with good cable TV.. I wanted to be able to have a nice hot water soak for my tired body so I optioned to have a room with bathtub and the tub was huge. outside the hotel is a narrow street with several food shops and a massage/spa parlor. I didn't get to use the pool because I was mostly elsewhere but from the photos it looked nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Serious value for your money”
I have nothing but good things to say about Lotus. The door man was ultra friendly, he enthusiastically struggled with my massively heavy backpack. All staff have big smiles , room was cleaner than a brand new Lexus. Its situated on a quiet street with awesome restaraunts nearby. Wish I had been in hcmc for longer.

This hotel has it all. The location was just amazing, just right out the door I could find everything I wanted. The hotel it self was soooo much fun to stay at. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean very comfortable. a must stay.

The staff is amazingly nice, the rooms are very clean with really good amenities. Small hotel , decent breakfast with small cute little pool on roof with nice view. I would ask for window maybe but not that big of a deal

Have been there a couple times. Not had any problems. Staff has been great, breakfast is nice and the hotel is close to many locations. I can recommend Café 82 and Churas Wine Bar.
