Fantastic location and room with the best staff”

Don't think twice just book it. Felt like a home away from home with the fabulous and attentive staff. Kieu (as seen in photo) and Hiên went above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed and became more friends then anything else. The men that worked the door were also great and the cleaning staff did their jobs extremely professionally. I stayed for 2 weeks (my brother then joined for another week) in a room facing the street and I couldn't have been happier. The room was very spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable (not like other hard mattresses often found). Also the room was very clean (cleaned meticulously daily), had a good working aircon and the window overlooking the street was just huge which I loved. It was also quiet when the window was closed. Big selling point for me was also the big rainwater shower. It is 2min walk to Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien St (nightlife), but just far enough away to be peaceful. Minimart 150m away. Bang for your buck. Thank you

The best rooms are the ones that end in once(1) - 101/201 /301 etc as they have big window to the front. Reception and staff have no English at all. Very hard to communicate. It is in a fantastic area though.

Real dissapointed experience.”

I paid already but the receptionist told me that there were not available room. how can i understand? i think prepaid means one room is for me, right? even if i'm late, they didn't give me any notice and ask when i expect to arrive. fortunately, receptionist let me stay in another hotel. but i was so disappointed.

Central and basic. ”

Very tiny room with no sunlight coming in. The AC brought in heavy cigarette smoke several times during our stay. When we complained, we were told to wait one more night to see if anything would change - which it did! So we didn't complain any further. The smoke was back on the third day and so it continued on/ off. When checking out the receptionist refused to lower the price due to our inconvenience!

Disappointing”

This hotel was full so we got a room in their sister hotel three streets away, but that hotel was smoking. We managed to get another room after 20min sitting in the lobby and searching for another hotel and canceling of this one. Was still smoking room but no so smelly so we stayed, however never again.

Value for money!!”

Good location(5mins walk to backpacker's st)! Clean room! Good enough facilities! Helpful and kind staffs!! This hotel is better than any other 3star hotels

This hotel is excellent for travelling around HCMC. It is clean . The staff are nice.

Great location in Central Ho Chi Minh!”

Very clean. Staff at the front desk was always helpful in getting a taxi for somewhere. There are a number of international restaurants around the hotel, which is convenient. Has an elevator. Wi-Fi works good. Worked well for me while in Ho Chi Minh doing business.

Very friendly staff. Great location! Beds are super firm but I like that. Not the cleanest. I don’t think they mop the floors very well. They were very dirty.

Good for Group”

Huge place with huge beds. The only off is the receptionist sleeps a lot and they smoke inside the lobby. Didn’t know it was allowed. There are lot of near resto’s and convenient stores.

You get what you pay for”

our room has little cockroaches in the bathroom and the bath towels were smelly. The first reception girl was kinda rude.

Вход с улицы .огромная вывеска. в темноте светится не пропустить.В 5 минутах рынок с фруктами и остановка 109 автобуса до аэропорта.Большей красивый рецепшн.без всяких кафе.магазинов внизу.только отель. Номера большие. холодильник. большой тв. чайник. все есть. Хорошая сантехника. есть даже ванна.Никаких насекомых.Все чисто. Я бы советовал брать номера стандарт. с окном на стену соседнего дома.так будет тихо. и можно выспаться. В общем советую. в этом ценовом диапазоне прошелся по 7 гостиницам. эта лучшая. Ну и центр. 5 мин до парка с тур автобусами в другие города. Говорят по английски. В общем супер.

Tôi đã đặt căn giường lớn cho 2 người nhưng khách sạn đã đổi thành một phòng khác 2 giường và không thông báo cho tôi biết về điều đó trước khi tôi đến và phòng đó khá cũ, rất tệ. Cho dù tôi không đồng ý điều đó vẫn áp đặt và không hỗ trợ theo ý kiến khách hàng. Nhân viên nói chuyện với khách cúp máy ngang. Khách sạn có vị trí trung tâm

Khi đến nhận phòng ở Nguyễn Trãi thì tiếp tân chỉ qua Ks ở Đề Thám, thái độ nhân viên không chuyên nghiệp. Không bao giờ quay lại

Ngay trung tâm thành phố nhưng giá rất ok. gần nhà thờ đức bà, dinh độc lập,... Vòi sen bị hỏng.

Tôi đến khách sạn để nhận phòng thì lễ tân khách sạn nói giá phòng phải trả là cao hơn giá trong booking. Rồi lại nói chỉ có phòng tầng 1, muốn ở tầng cao phải chờ. Tôi đi chơi, 2 tiếng sau quay lại nhận phòng thì lại nói là lúc trước nhầm loại phòng, thực ra phòng của tôi đặt trên Agoda không có cửa sổ (phòng khi đặt tôi đã xem hình cẩn thận, nhưng lễ tân KS đưa ra hình ảnh khác, giải thích vòng vo). Tóm lại, tôi khuyên không nên đặt phòng ở KS này.
