Great hotel and nice staff”

Hotel is Near airport. Breakfast need to be with more variety. Transportation from Airport need to be complimentary. It will be more advantage and people prefer to stay.

all is clean, and even can watch the youtube on TV. There is a big window for the room which I like very much but don't have time to enjoy the sunshine, and breakfast. The hotel guys are very nice, really thanks for their help.

Nice hotel, small rooms, clean. Friendly staff. Lousy breakfast. Offered a choice of soup or omlette. The omlette was 2 fried eggs running in oil. The worst sausages in the world (rabbit droppings) wrapped in a thick plastic skin. Other foods available all processed crap. Redeemed, with toast and yoghurt. Dreadful coffee so strong and cold. The cheese slices were thinner than the plastic cover. Dreadful!

Nothing about the hotel to find fault with. Location is 1 Excellent if you want the airport (ten minute walk) 2 Not so good if you want HCMC centre (half hour bus ride) But it is in a quietish part of town

Just the bad part that is the traffic noise from the main road is disturbing for sleep if your room is facing the main road. Should be ok if room not facing main road or they could do something about reducing the noise like double glazing windows

Wouldn't bother”

The hotel says it's soundproof but I could hear the traffic outside and people coming and going inside the hotel. I got trapped in the lift for a good 10-15mins as it just stopped and they did nothing to compensate me for that but even a cool drink but they made me walk up the stairs to my room lucky it was on the 2nd floor, I also requested a city view room which was of an building next door. The hotel close to airport but that's it I wouldn't stay again especially when reception called me at 930 at night to ask me about checking out the next day. Needs to improve

Very convenient to airport. ”

Only there for one night but certainly comfortable enough. Only criticism is that the shower did not seal properly and the floor was full of water. Don’t enjoy walking on wet towels every time you go to bathroom. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. Tip: taxi wanted 400k to take me there (which I walked away from) and it’s almost walking distance anyway. Don’t pay more than 100k.

This hotel meets our expectations as usual but waiting for a taxi from this location (perhaps GPS error?) is still an issue. The driver either can't find this hotel or stop/park in front exactly of main hotel entrance.

New facilities. ”

Hotel is very new. breakfast limited but taste good. TV not useful because in Vietnamese. Front desk Jessie and Luna is very helpful. They take initiative to offer to change currency for us. Help me to contact my prospects in Vietnamese. Offer drinks when my customer come. They are taughtful and go extra miles. Fantastic! But , from 6 am they start work until 10 pm , 16 hours of work maybe to much.. looks like they are over work. Nearby there are many food outlets but need to walk and Cross roads.

Construction next door”

Newish hotel. Construction happening right next door and the rooms/windows has no soundproofing what so ever. It's so bad at times that I can't even talk to my partner it's that loud. Also note that some nights work does not end till 3 am. Also staff won't let me check in till 2pm on the dot. They said room not ready however I saw 3 of them just at the front desk waiting around and right at 2pm gave me the keys. If room was not ready for real I won't mind however they did not received a call from the cleaners or anything just at 2 pm they gave me the keys. This tells me room has always been ready. The only staff member that was nice was a girl name Jessica (If i remember right). I told her the room was so loud and i can't even hear myself think. She let me check a few other rooms out and let me swap to the room at the front of the building. It is facing the main room and has traffic noise noise but still better then the construction drills

New near airport hotel”

It is new hotel less than 10 minutes from airport, it is in front of the main road so it is little street noisy. Breakfast is limited but adequated. Many North Vietnamese and Northern foods around if you want to try it.

Brand new near Airport”

This hotel is only good if you have transit between flights and if you need a quick rest before boarding your next flight. My flight was at 4:20pm, requested if I can check out 2pm. Requested rejected. They kindly gave me a 1pm check out. If I want that extra 1hr I have to paid 50% of the room rate. Thought wasn’t worth paying so we check out early. Staff gave limited English but you can get by, good thing they do speak little English. If you decide to stay longer, highly recommend to download ride sharing app call GRAB another version of Uber. So great to get around all over hcmc using Grab. It’s a nice hotel for a stop over for in transit

Kellie from Reception made our trip so smoothly, she was excellent, helpful and extremely professional, thanks Kellie. The Hotel is very close to the Airport, very clean, I would recommend this Hotel to anyone that wants to be closer to the Airport

Stayed here for the night before our flight. The hotel staff was very friendly. Room was nice and very clean. A little on the smaller side, however it was good enough for a place to sleep.
