Room had no natural light. The shower was poorly designed and very small. They did not even have”

Regarding to breakfast, we provide juice differently each day, orange, guava, etc. and milk for coffee is available on request. Thank you for your stay at Mandy Nok hotel. We have reviewed your feedback and found the very low score with negative comments. We are sorry to make you feel bad. I have investigated and found from the record of your stay, you were fined 1000THB for smoking at the room balcony. In that case, the staff already asked your agreement for the "No smoking policy", and you already signed your name on the document to accept the agreement. The hotel provide the smoking area which just outside the main lobby entrance. Anyway, upon your checking out the room was full of smoking smell. The staff need to follow the policy. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Conveniently located commercial area, although some distance from tourist attractions. Room better than expected, Good shower system, air con, complete shower accessories and nice big fridge. Corridors and lobby decorated by owner's lively and stunning Thai artwork. Very good value.

New staff must train how to do effective communication professionally ”
I gave a phone call asking the receptionist what is the WiFi password, she told me to see the sign beside of the bed and hang up the call right away. This should be counted impolite manner. The second day of stay I went back to the room but couldn’t scan a key card. I called them to fix this and they replaced a new card. But this I should have told before coming to the room without waiting for staff! Others was perfect.
