We had a wonderful stay the two nights we were there. The only catch was that the pool was closed due to COVID-19 and that was a big part of why we choose the hotel. But great fitness area. The hotel room we had had a bathtub which was nice and when you got back from a day in the city, the room was clean with new water bottles and toiletries for use! They also came by every afternoon and offered chocolate. Very nice gesture. We really wanted to eat at the balcony they have so they opened up the restaurant for us and we had it privately. Really great service! We got mozerella salat and shared a steak with French fries - very good food!! We would definitely recommend this !

Excellent location and service”

I stayed at the Marquis Reforma this past weekend. The check-in process was quick and efficient. While I didn't get a chance to use all of the hotel's facilities, the bar and the restaurant were both very good. The rooms were clean and kept up quite nicely. I loved the blackout shades in the room as I'm not a morning person and enjoyed sleeping in a bit without the light bothering me. Every staff member that I encountered during my stay were super friendly and sincerely wanted to help. This made all the difference during my stay! Overall this is a wonderful hotel and I would love to come back and stay here again. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent Stay - Was so sad to leave ”

The staff was so gracious and helpful. They were really pleasant and went above and beyond. Loved the hotel itself... toiletries were l'occitane! There was a wood fire oven, they had complimentary bicycles that were ready for us at 5 a.m. They arranged a car to the airport for our big group. Everything was so great.

Had a very nice time there, nothing really to complain about, except the pool/spa was not including as a guest of the hotel. The gym was adequate. Very centrally located for the museums and other areas.

Very comfortable, quiet, excellent service”

This was my second (perhaps, third) stay at the Marquis. The service was excellent and my room was very comfortable. It's located next to the Torre Mayor on Avenida Reforma, one of the hearts of the city, allowing for easy and convenient access to and from (when not stuck in DF traffic). I ordered room service twice and the meals were very good. Bottom line: a luxury hotel with all the amenities, located in a convenient spot.

This is really a nice hotel and I enjoy stayed there. But I had been here for business trip so I did not have chance to travel around. The staff is very friendly and the room is neatly and clean. But I do not like the breakfast..as it is quite crowded in the breakfast area. If you travel for a business purpose it might be a good place for you to stay.

Se trata de un hotel donde piensas que van a estar dispuestos a una calidad de servicio que sea agradar al cliente que paga bastante por encima de la media, sin embargo te encuentras que son inflexibles (especialmente guando pagas algo por adelantado), es posible que el wifi sea de pago (si, en 2018 en un hotel supuestamente superior ...), persecución al cliente para que firme el desayuno que no está incluido (si me gasto 480€ la noche por dos habitaciones diarias, no voy a tener problema en pagar 10€ de desayuno, así que no persigan como si el cliente se fuese a escapar o fuese un ladrón, lamentable sensación)y lo Mismo con el mini bar (aunque supongo que es es cultural)... en definitiva, hotel con posibilidades pero sensación de estar en un hotelucho donde te persiguen pensando que no vas a pagar algo... No pienso volver nunca, pago por la experiencia cliente, no por las estrellas que ponga en la entrada del hotel.

Качественный городской отель”

Останавливались в отеле на 3 ночи с целью посмотреть город и съездить в Теотиуакан. Для этих целей отель отлично подходит! Находится в пешей доступности от парковой зоны Чапультепек (парк, озеро, зоопарк, археологический музей и много чего еще). Недалеко от отеля есть приличные рестораны. До аэропорта ехать 30 мин. Рекомендую брать завтраки, рядом позавтракать негде. Для того, чтобы открыть минибар берется депозит около 100$ Есть Wi-Fi в номере. Говорят, что в отеле лучший СПА в Мехико. Цены нормальные но мы не успели попробовать. Заказывали трансфер аэропорт-отель-аэропорт - все отлично, без нареканий. Доброжелательный, приветливый персонал тоже стоит отметить. Обращаю внимание на то, что отель находится в "розовой зоне" (я бы назвал ее "голубой" :-)) и по вечерам в этой части проспекта Reforma большое количество лиц не традиционной ориентации. Это никак не мешает, но если вы гомофоб, то вам не в этот отель! При выезде в счет включили завтраки, несмотря на то, что они были включены в ваучер. При предъявлении ваучера Agoda проблема моментально решилась с извинениями и улыбкой. В целом, пребывание в отеле понравилось. Рекомендую!
