Good place to stay if looking for condotel, Business travellers be careful if u need invoice”
Stayed for 12-13 nights in April-May period for a 2 week business stay. I zeroed on MaxStays - Max Pavilion at The Venice Residences, as it offered all i needed as well as added bonus of washing machine in room which is a definite plus. I was sceptic to book online from India as a non refundable booking & that too just 1 day prior my travel. I called up, & their executive - Max Anjel Ylagan assured that online booking via Agoda will be honoured. She also assisted on followup emails after booking and Once reached hotel, she took care of checkin and other formalities, which was a breeze. There's a deposit required of 5k php while checkin which needs to be told upfront as i wasn't aware. I booked via Agoda; Didnt got invoice at checkout, and was told will get from Agoda. Agoda has not provided ny help, Luckily my mgmt accepted, Word of advice to business travellers, be careful if its a must requirement in ur office book directly. Overall good condotel, with nice breakfast, Recommended..
This is my 2nd stay, the first one was amazing and my 2nd time is perfect. Room is always clean and cozy. And the staff was amazing! Angel, Ethel and Josephine was able to cater my needs, even my breakfast was delivered to my room. I will always recommend MaxStays as the best place to stay here in Taguig. 10 out of 10! Looking forward for 3rd, 4th and more stay. :)

Location was very accessible and the room was very clean. Cleaning staff was also very kind to help us. It was hard to contact the number on the phone for inquiries though. The complimentary parking was a major plus! We'll definitely book again.

i am Happy and satisfied with my overnite stay. Personalized check-in by Ms. Ethel is quick and pleasant. Thank you to Josephine, the smiling Cleaning Staff , who also gave us a quick tour on where to take our complimentary Breakfast. Even if the price of 6K with Tax is pricey without a Buffet Breakfast, somehow it just Do Very Well with the plated breakfast with a very - very delightful and personalize service at their "Max Delight REsto ". The price is fitting for the cleanliness of 18H unit, Evian Water and Coffee and equip with basic kitchen needs. Although, the condo swimming amenities is not that enticing, but its not my priority though as a business traveler. However - the access to the Grand Venice Canal and Mall makes it the highlight where Business is traveled with pleasure.

The apartment is connected to Gongyuanqian MRT. You can just take this MRT to/from airport and travel around GZ. It's also walking distance to Beijing Road. I must say one of the best decision our family made, is to stay near Beijing Road where it has plenty choice of good food within walking distance, shoppings, etc.

We stayed one night at MaxStays because my girlfriend wanted to go to Venice Grand Mall. Location is excellent since it is adjacent to the Mall. We had a very nice romantic "get-a -way" without ever leaving Manila. Depending upon "traffic," it is not far from the airport. Our room was very nice, and the staff was excellent. I checked out a little bit later than 12 noon, and there was no problem with that. The only "con" to the room is that I booked a non smoking room, and unfortunately, the previous tenant smoked in the room. I don't blame the staff for that, and they did their best providing an electric air freshner that did mask the odor. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay there again.

Nice small condos in an excellent location. 100% relaxing and enjoyable with nearby malls and convenient transport links. The swimming pool was shared with many buildings resulting in many people just hanging out making it hard for the families to enjoy and relax. Not much else to do inside the facility.
My second stay. This time I brought friends who are visiting the Philippines Check-in/out was easy & quick, Staff was friendly & Helpfull . Room was clean & Tidy. Location is good. I will stay here again on my next visit

All is good except the check out. The staff gets the key and said she will just check the room. Of course we just stayed in the lobby and waited for the final word if we're good to go or anything. No one ever came back to tell us that we're ok to go until we got bored waiting for more than 30mins and ask the front desk. Please be attentive also for guests checking out. Not all guest rudely leaves without any trace. Thank you.

The staff was friendly and professional. . My check in/out was attended to by Miss Resel it was very quick & easy. She also arranged a parking space for me. The studio room was very good. I will stay there again. My first experiance with online bookings I found agoda to be user friendly. Thank you

It was very short. Overall I loved the place staff was very helpful especially Cynthia. The manager Micole was very helpful as well. The only problem I had was the noise due to construction going on around the area or above us. I would definitely come back again

A lot of little surprise that I got from staying in Max Pavilion. Live smart TV equipped with Youtube and a bundle of very good TV programme, Fast internet service, kitchen with cooing facilities, washing machine, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. The reception attitude a bit disappointed me as she is not skillful enough to handle issue/ problem. I will come back to stay again if I come to Philippines.

The room was surprisingly big than most condotels. It also has complete amenities that any business traveler or couples may need. Parking was also free except it was very dusty. We would have wanted to extend our stay but it was already fully booked that we had no choice but to vacate and leave. Nevertheless, I won't hesitate to endorse so long as the price remains the same.
staff were friendly and accommodating proximity to the Venice Grand Canal mall is definitely a plus room amenities were great (netflix tv, complete hygiene essentials, coffee/tea, washing machine, cooking equipment, refrigerator, etc.) our welcome letter shows we were initially assigned to a room on a higher floor, but we ended up on a different room (that felt like a downgrade) room rate is quite expensive, room service food tasted great but also a bit pricey parking instructions were not readily available / not given to us so we ended up paying expensive pay parking rate

Bad service. Staff kept insisting breakfast included only 1 person instead of two. I have to call agoda to clarify it to the receptionist. No reserved parking. We have to pay additional for the overnight parking! Will not recommend to others.

The room we stayed at was clean and the sheets are comfy. Although, I hope that they would train their receptionists better in answering questions. The lady who assisted us during the check in did not even have the courtesy to say hello and introduce herself. There were a lot of queries that she was unable to answer and her curt attitude did not help. Also we had trouble with parking since they are only given limited slots for their guests so if you’re taking your car, make sure you indicate it in your request so they could reserve a slot for you.
