We loved our stay at Kiko! The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a close proximity to great food and shopping. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was somewhat small, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting Saigon.

Newish hotel with great appointments. Large rooms, huge walk in shower, very comfortable beds. A real find near the old town of Hoi An. “Hoi” was most helpful And the whole staff was friendly. Nice breakfast outside in beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended.

Hotel is very new, excellent location, good including breakfast with variety, different food day to day. Staffs are extremely helpful, friendly. One thing I like to bring up, just my personal preference, I prefer a small refrigerator instead of a cooler box in room.

This hotel is the best i had ever stayed in Bui Vien in terms of value for money, location (away from the buzz yet near), quality (new) and size. Even the shower is excellent! The only gripe being the usual leaking shower wetting the floor sometimes at certain angles and the lack of dustbins.

Hotel is a year old and very modern with good amenities. Location is perfect in center of so called backpacker area. Every kind of restaurant within 6 min. walking. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. A good find.

Good value for money; Near the bus stop for the Airport bus; many choices for the buffet breakfast; very near the Klook meet up place (for the tours); near the Central Market where there is a food court; walking distance from Ben Tanh Market and Saigon Square (shopping areas). Nice view- there is a park across the hotel where people jog in the morning and there are food stalls in the evening. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay again in this hotel and reconmend this to friends.

The hotel is great, walking distance from most attractions and has great rooms and breakfast. The only problem was the rooms are not sound proof you can hear everyone and everything and so we were woken up multiple times in the night. Maybe because we had a room with no windows so were surrounded by the other rooms. But the staff were really helpful in sorting out our currency and giving us recommendations I would still recommend this place to a friend.

Room condition is clean, hotel located to near to Ben Thanh market (within 5-10 mins walking distances), behind is Phạm Ngũ Lão street (Backpacker street). Staff is friendly!

Location is very convenient and close to the markets. Grab is very easy to use and hotel is easily found by the drivers. Room was a little bit noisy as there was construction going on in nearby buildings. If you have a window it can also be quite noisy. The noise problem can be easily solved with earplugs. The room is very clean but only share the room with someone you are comfortable with because the blind in the bathroom is quite thin.
