Overall satisfied ”

Overall I'm quite satisfied. The rooms are very new and tidy. The beds are huge and super comfy. The location might not be good for tourists but is a good area in Thao Dien. If I have to point out something for improvement: 1. The west side is facing directly a construction (totally out of their hand), while the rooms on the east side have windows that can't be opened. It was a tough decision for me choosing between a quiet room or a ventilated room. You can't have them both. 2. The kitchen is very basic: an induction, a pot, some bowls and plates and chopsticks. That's it. I had to buy everything else (knife, chop-board, spatula, oil...) in order to cook.

Quaint and comfortable”

This hotel/apartment stay is very nice. The rooms are well decorated and spacious. It's set off a Main Street with lots of great restaurants and eateries nearby. The only drawback is the construction of a large building right in front which can get loud during the day. It looks like another year worth of work still to go from July 2021. Staff is accommodating and helpful.

Terrible service”

All the owner cares is your money. This was a terrible experience where we can't rest and feel uncomfortable. The whole time we stayed they had their place rennovated from the top. That meant it was so noisy that we can't nap, rest all day. Although we gave them our feedback, the noise got worse and they did nothing about it. The towels they used mostly worn out or so old that those should have better use on the floor than for bath towels. At the end of our stay, they picked on some small stain on the bed sheet & an old towel that we had to pay for it?! What is this kind of service? When it is no good for customers (old stuff, dirty room, careless cleaning & extreme noise for at least 4-5 continuous days) you care nothing BUT demand to be paid for ridiculous thing.

Perfect in-between spot”

We stayed here for a week while our new apartment was being renovated, and this place was the perfect spot. Especially because we were living out of suitcases and going back and forth to the construction site every day, it was important that our temporary home felt like an escape, and it did! We didn't need a pool or breakfast, just a quiet and private home to come back to after work. Bed could be a bit softer, water pressure could be a bit stronger, but these are small things. The friendly staff, laundry services, and value for money can't be beat, at least not in Thao Dien.

The place looks like the photos but once stating in you see the flaws : water pipes and system is really noisy within the whole building, missing a pan and plates in the kitchen,... But still a great value for money

Only one thing we concerned was noise from elevator, and and the soundproof of door was not well. But we liked the passionate service !

Studio room”

Everything was okay. Staff were helpful, and a nice big kitchen upstairs that (I think) you can use. Room was a little small and didnt have much natural light, shower flooded, and reception forgot to mention laundry was 100k per small bag. Wifi couldn't load this page.
