Personale giovane con ottima padronanza inglese. Alla reception abbiamo potuto comprare direttamente la tessera per sportarci con i mezzi pubblici per 3 giorni. Per raggiungere il centro occorrono comunque 30 minuti circa. Hotel frequentato soprattutto da giovani. Pochi esercizi nelle vicinanze per mangiare.

Nice Location near S-Bahn and Central Bus Station”

Availed of a 5-bed room (we got a 6-bed room one instead) for our stay. Located near the Berlin Hackerbrucke station as well as the Berlin Central Bus Station so can easily go around the city. Augustiner is also nearby for late night dinner and drinks. Great location, great value for money. Approachable staff.

Unique Stay Experience at student hotel”

It’s rather far from the Haupbahnhoff, lucky each of us only brought a cabin size baggage. The staying experience here is really a treasure to me for we had never stayed in a student hotel. The room were small without aircon, so we need to open the window for some air. Bathroom is not cramp at all though. Furnitures & fixtures were so minimal and awkward, but serve the purpose. There were a group of students staying and there were partying & shouting practically below us, we don’t understand a word they’ve said but they all look so happy and enjoy, at some point of a time the noise just abruptly stopped, I think there were a hotel rule for this, lovely. Continental breakfast by the hotel was 7Euros/pax which was cheap & awesome. And for the next morning we utilize the public kitchen provided by the hotel, we bought ingredients for swedish meatball, cheese, yogurt, mushroom, spinach & cream and cooked the delicious breakfast, and leftovers for lunch on our next trip heading to another city.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable separate toilet so can save our time in preparing to check out unfortunately they forget to provide towel staff apologized and provide me towel when requested, they are friendly and helpful

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable with separate toilet and shower room. Shower room should have shampoo instead of only body soap.

Unlucky me”

Hostel locate near tram stop. Everything was OK. Except I got some bedbug issue after stayed here. I'm not sure only me or not because that time I didn't know it's bedbug until I went to hospital and doctor said it's not air allergic. It's bedbug bite. So I think it's just unlucky me.

Decent”

The location is perfect for travelling onwards, bus/train station within 5 min walk. There is also an Aldi there too. The best beer bar in town in across the street which is awesome! And there was a Lady working when I checked out who was super nice! I didn't like Munich but the hostel was good.

TV not working and exchange rate used seems high (due 'market ' rate plus 5 percent ~ which kind of biz can give 5% ROI nowadays?!)

Luggage storage”

I has a problem with luggage storage. I arrived early, I came to hotel for drop my luggages before go some where. I needed to pay an extra money for luggage strorage. Moreover, I was check out early in the morning to join an activity, then i storaged my luggages again. Total for luggages storaged costed 20 Euro. I think I can pay for a good hotel without pay an extra money. More detail, this hotel does not near by train station. It located near by bus station only. The train that we saw It was a local train station. You need to talk a local train to munich trian station for travel to other city.

Its far from the Munich Hbf around 3 tram stops if you have the ticket but a bit far if you walk it with heavy bags. No free left luggage, you must use the coin lockers. Small kitchen! Expensive for a hostel even if in a 6-bed dorm room.

Poor experience ”

One of the most terrible stayed I have never experience. The towels were old and not clean, the room was full of smell, the club downstairs pretty much opened from 9pm to 4am, I can constantly hearing party music throughout the night. Many people were screaming and yelling outside the door, people vomited on the corridor, no one clean up until next afternoon. Although the staffs were super nice with good breakfast pricing, but for the money I paid vs the experience I got, it was horrible. I would not recommend for families, only for teenagers who is looking for night life fun
