Good value and service away from the noise”
If you're looking for a business travel-oriented hotel away from the noise and chaos of the backpacker's zone this hotel is a good choice. The room I chose was spacious, clean, and modern. Staff were attentive, helpful, and spoke English. Reception/access is 24 hour, unlike a lot of budget hotels in HCMC. They also offer scooter rental for 180k/day, which is a nice bonus for those of you willing to brave the insanity of Saigon traffic! Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in HCMC this one is definitely among the best in its class.

Good location clean and good bed. Rooms are quite small tough and had to change room 2 times as 1 was smelling tobacco and the other had issue wirh thecars system. The staff managed quite well and got upgraded to a larger room which was simple and ok.

The Hotel is very tidy, new and clean, its comfortable with good food at a good price, it is located in District 3 so unless you have a reason to be in that district it would not suit some, if you need to be in district 3 then its good value. the staff don't talk much English but try to help this can be overcome as everything in the hotel is in Vietnamese and English. I would stay there again

My stay was pleasant. Staff was professional, effective and very friendly. I am in particular very grateful to those of the staff who helped me return my forgotten watch:) I am happy to return and I would definitely recommend the Minh Khang hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Reasonable priced hotel in a rather business district. Reasonable stay. ”
Booked 1 night but stayed 5. Basic, clean enough accommodation if you want to stay in the area. The small street food looking restaurant I imagined would be well priced, but pretty sure they ripped me off and over charged since prices weren’t listed. $8usd for some oily green beans and some fried rolls just seems way too much for a small out door restaurant. Ready to get your haggle on for while traveling this particular country🙄

The reception area was under construction when we arrived. The hotel should have informed me of this before I arrived. We showed up and were bombarded by the staff on the street outside the grab car for our booking confirmation and passports. It was really unprofessional.

Pros: Good location. Cons: First got room of lower type with heavy smell of mold. After complain got correct room. It had smell of mold in bathroom. Sound proof is bad. Loud nasty dog barking in the area.
