Struttura piacevole ma posizione infelice x chi cerca un bel mare. Purtroppo durante il giorno la bassa marea non consente di fare il bagno e si è costretti ad andare altrove. Per fortuna l'isola è piccola ed in scooter si possono raggiungere spiagge molto belle.

Not a five star experience however if you do not expect much you gonna enjoy this place. Its lovely just need bit more attention, some maintenance could be done better. Still good choice. Definitely worth the money.

Perfect start to our trip ”
Morning Star was perfect for us to get settled into Thailand. We had the beachfront bungalow and it was very cute and a great way to wake up. The resort was very quiet, the pool was clean, we had some friendly dog visitors every morning that we loved, the sand was very nice but the water was too low to wade in which was fine for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful getting us tickets for events , cab rides, scooter rentals and more. We had some really good pad thai there and there’s also a lovely place up to the main road to the left called Ann’s that we loved and went to everyday. The gardens surrounding the pool were beautiful as well and there we also had fun playing volleyball on the beach! Would definiteley recommend.

Very nice place and even nicer staff food was great although you need a motorbike to go around and discover the island.

The pool was lovely and this place is right on the beach. Food is amazing and the staff were very helpful! Room is small and old fashioned but comfortable and does the job :)

2 STARS FOR FACILITIES AS POOL NO WATER IN IT,BUT WE GOT UPGRADE TO BEACH FRONT BUNGALOW WHICH WAS GREAT,ROOMS BIT DATED BUT GOOD TO BE ON BEACHFRONT.

Quiet and clean family run hotel”
The location of the hotel is very good. Not far from restaurants and shops but in a quiet location. The rooms are clean but very small. We had no TV in our room and hardly any room to store our 2 small suitcases away. You will get a set breakfast freshly made for you. It's right on a nice beachfront, good to have your walk on the beach or do a little fishing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is rather small but cleaned every morning.

We went there for Halfmoon party, the property is not too far from the event. You can rent a motorbike with the them, they can arrange it for you. We haven't try food there. The property is beach front, nice view and quiet. I do recommend this place if you are not expect the perfect place like 4 stars hotel.

Cheap but not clean ”
Had cockroaches in our room every day, I reported it and we were not offered big killer or anything There were old cookies under the bed so it hadn’t been cleaned properly

Lovely stay in Koh Phangan”
The Morning Star Resort is one of the best! The pool is amazing and it's located directly on the beach, so so nice! The staff is really friendly and there is a nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch or diner on the resort. Furthermore they offer taxi booking, also on the fullmoonparty. It it located in a bit of a more quiet location in Koh Phangan but for us that was really nice to just chill here. Can definetly reccommend, very good value for money, even during the full moon party (where normally the prices are insanely high)
