Beautifully clean , impressive foyer with an excellent buffet breakfast and well appointed gym. Only downside, and not necessarily the hotels issue, the nearby beach, as with so much of Asia has a "plastic waste" issue. Makes me cry everytime.

Very good services with good price”
The overall is standard but the staffs stands out. They were very helpful and kind, I booked 2 rooms at the very last minute, the first room I booked the payment went through but the second one didn’t but they still let me stay the night without any extra charges and resolve the issue the next morning. Highly recommend!! (Ps: don’t stay at Sol Beach! Their customer service is bad!)

Location is far from centre, the beach is not too far from hotel and shared with other hotels. When i come to the beach, benchs or chairs is too old and ugly maybe coz of covid affection. Staff is nice, good service especially airport transport. Food is okay. Book in low season so got good price and not too crowded of ppl

For the price, I was very very happy with this hotel. Beautiful view from our room, comfortable bed and good air con. The staff went out of their way to help me when I was sick and took me in their vehicle to a nearby chemist. Also when we left our ride didn't turn up and they were so gracious and accommodating and took us to the airport in their hotel car. Would def stay here again.

Vulnerable hotel. Nice swimming pool. Clean and big room size. Ok buffet bfast. However we are half board rate, only few selections set menu for dinner. Better not choice half board rate. . Overall nice hotel near beach. Very recommend great rate.
