Central location, easy access to walking street, without beach time. ”
The hotel was full of Chinese, very vibrant and busy. The price was quite cheap for 5-star hotel but no beach is a big minus. The room is clean and large with a bathtub, which fascinated my children. However, I prefer a private beach.

Very good location, especially if intending to visit sunworld theme park. Room was huge and they upgraded us for free. Great unobstructed view of the sea and theme park. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend it

Reasonable price and good quality!”
Stayed in this hotel for many times. This is one of the biggest 5 star hotels in Ha Long, with a reasonable price, coming with good service and nice staff. The room is spacious and fully-equipped. Only a small thing that is not really fine is the air conditioner, it is still cold despite the fact that whatever do with the controller, but this is not really a problem to me. If you are looking for a place which is the most comfortable place for staying, you should choose this hotel.

we only book deluxe seaview room with super deal on agoda at 75usd. when we came, room is upgrade to grand suite priced 315 usd. It's so great. Room is large. Bedroom with jacuzzi. we are satisfied with service and staff here

It was an overnighter while waiting for a cancelled cruise to resume. Very friendly staff who do their best with your needs. Good breakfast spread. The only thing is, it is very far from the city centre.

We stayed at premium deluxe with beautiful ocean view. Reception Staff can speak English and courteous. Location is convenient for meals as opposite side is a stretch of eateries. Opposite the hotel is Sun World where we took cable car ride and Ferris Wheel ride.

We got sea view room. It's so good. Breakfast is good, Many choices. The room was clean. If the hotel will have rooftop bar will be great. Because nothing to do really inside the hotel.

The view from the high floors over the bay are great. The food both breakfast and room service was not a five star hotel quality. Some of the staff do not understand basic English

Good location, clean room and a good spread of local and international buffet breakfast. My only setback is they didn't inform on the website that there will be a power supply cut on 22/8/18. I was only told when I wanted to check in after booking and paid through Agoda. It will be good if they can give us a discount for the last minute notice.

Good choice with agoda discount deal. Breafast is from 6-9 am, probably not suitable for late wake up person. Wish to see receptionists wear Vietnamese costume rather than just black & white western style.

Great hotel for an overnight stay before catching a Ha Long Bay cruise. It had a great view of the bay, and although it wasn't downtown there are plenty of shops nearby to eat at. It is also directly across the street from the new Amusement park (we didn't realize this or we would have planned it into our itinerary...the gondola ride doesn't open until 3 or 4pm, so plan accordingly). It is a short taxi ride to the Ferry docks to catch a Ha Long Bay cruise. I would definitely stay here again. The only disappointment was that the pool was under renovation when we stayed here, but hopefully by the time I am writing this review they have reopened it.

It is a new hotel with good facilities, except the checkin and payment; I paid my deposit using US$ and expect to get back my US$ but they could do it. Fortunately, I had to pay for the airport transfer, otherwise I would be left with lots of unwanted Vietnamese currency. Furthermore, they only had one credit card POS terminal - 1 terminal for a 5-star hotel!!!! I booked the taxi for early morning departure to the airport and expected the taxi to be waiting for me. Instead, they only called the taxi when I arrived at the lobby. They still have lots to learn.

great hotel and interior, but bad environment”
As mentioned above, the rooms and interior are great, no doubt. i received a free upgrade from executive room to family suite for 4 nights stay. But the environment outside and general location are terrible. The streets are not safe, my wife and I were nearly robbed by a taxi driver in cahoots with local delinquents, after a night out at halong view club. The streets are dilapidated and void of any decent entertainment. Our room overlooks the sea but between the hotel and the sea lies a pile of rubble from incomplete building demolition. A trip to halong bay was disappointing too, looks great from photos and media, but nothing much when viewing upfront. Then the receptionists wanted us to pay nearly 2 million vnd (100usd) during check out, saying its a bill for laundry. Their chambermaids told us that laundry was free. We could buy entirely new clothes outside with the money! We adamantly refused and in the end, they let us leave with our passports. Bad aftertaste. Btw the hotel is 4 hours drive from hanoi airport. madness.
