la spiaggia è la più bella di phu quoc e i bungalow affittati, air cond fronte mare sono nuovi e perfetti. il problema di questo hotel è che c'è poca cura nella gestione e, per quanto noi abbiamo fatto notare i difetti e le nostre raccomandazioni sembrassero ben accolte, nulla veniva fatto dai manager per cambiare le cose. il resort viene di giorno visitato da molti turisti giornalieri che creano confusione e sporcano molto e il personale del resort , al di fuori della pulizia dei bungalow, non ha un concetto molto buono di pulizia. la sensazione è che debbano ancora imparare molto sulla gestione del turismo. il prezzo poi non è neanche basso. vale comunque la pena andarci per chè starete sulla più bella spiaggia dell'isola e le camere sono molto confortevoli.

Molto naif, che da una parte è il suo bello”
Dall'altro però credo che basterebbe davvero poco per fare di questo posto, seppure in semplicità, un vero gioiellino. Niente da dire sulle camere, molto spaziose e, ciò che più conta, pulite. Sono le condizioni generali del resort (pulizia e personale) a non essere sufficienti. Ed è un peccato perché si mangia da dio e si dorme sulla spiaggia più bella dell'isola. Acqua cristallina e blu anche col brutto tempo, sabbia chiara e finissima. Abbiamo passato a Bai Sao tre giorni fantastici, quindi consiglio il My Lan più cha altro per questo (long beach non regge il confronto e, almeno iad agosto in bassa stagione, questo sembrava essere l'unico posto aperto la sera, per dormire), ma di certo non è il massimo che si possa trovare!

la piu bella spiaggia dell isola, un po fuori dal resto del mondo ma c'e' il wifi che prede anche se siete in spiaggia sul lettino un po caro ma vale la pena passarci almeno una notte.

Spiaggia incantevole. Gestione della guesthouse che lascia a dir poco a desiderare: non puliscono la spiaggia che durante il giorno è presa d'assalto da pullman di turisti vietnamiti, colazione inesistente servita da un personale svogliato e incapace di avere a che fare con turisti stranieri ( non parlano inglese e sono sempre scocciatissimi....) , cani in libertà. In conclusione il luogo merita senz'altro, non aspettatevi nulla dalla struttura ( comunque decente) e soprattutto dal personale inadeguato

We book this hotel for our big family and things went beyond expectations. Just a few steps apart from the beach, staffs were friendly and the breakfast was great. Highly recommended!

Room was nice, spacious and clean, comfortable bed and very helpfull personal. But the beach and sea were full of plastics and other garbagge. During the day beach is full of turists coming with organized tours and night life zero.

Helheten bra”
Fördelar receptionisten snackar bra engelska. Trevligt bemött. Läget är ju sjukt bra mitt på stranden relax ställe . Nackdel va att när vi betalade tog för lite betalt . Så när vi kom till nya hotellet ringde dem och ville att vi skulle komma och betala. Men resan ditt va större än det vi skulle betala så det löste sig med att de hämta upp pengarna på nya hotellet.

Best Location at Sao Beach”
Pro: We had a great bungalow directly at the beach, only 20m to the ocean. Price was good. The place looks nice and the staff keeps the area clean. The rooms were spacious and clean. They have many WiFi spots so you can have WiFi at the beach. You can order dinner from the rooms. Con: The WiFi was unstable and didnt work most of the day. The only stable WiFi was in the reception. The staff was not able to repair the other WiFi. The food was a bit pricy and for breakfast we got instant noodles. Some room facilities need a repair, e.g. the door lock was broken and the staff needed to enter from the window to open our room. At night all other shops/restaurants nearby are closed and have dogs that chase you and bark. On the second day, the staff did not tidy the rooms, just left fresh towels.

Room not serviced. Therefore no clean towels no drinking water. Breakfast not balanced...only 1 drink. A bit to rustic for me. Expensive for what was offered

Crappy room, lack of service and expansive restaurant”
We stayed for 4 knights. The room was not properly cleaned when we got it (dust on top of shells, beside beds, etc.). The cleasning service was soo slow that they only managed to get to our room once dureing stay, and they didn't do a fantastic job too. The location is very nice right by the beach! The hotel has one restaurant with decent food. However very expansive (for the type of food, service, atmosphere). It's better to eat lunch at some other place on a Spa resort further down the beach (north), only 3min walk on beach. I would also recommende to stay at that place - looked a lot nicer. The hotel is pretty cheap, but I think it´s better to ad some money because this i low standard. Would not recommend this place!
