Good stay for a couple of nights. ”
Perfect location and great air conditioning. Great for if you are out and about during the day and want a cool, quiet place to come back. The room didn't have any windows, which didn't bother us because we were only in there for sleep. One thing to note: the online advert said there was a pool, but there isn't.

Make sure you get a room at the back as there 8s a nightclub close by and it closes at 5 am. Its very close to food, coffee, drinks and long distance buses. Nice people who work with you to fix issues.

This hotel is smack in the middle of nightlife of Pham Ngu Lau, so if you except a quiet sleep, look elsewhere, or you will hear "boom-boom" from next door till 4 am. Rooms are small, but balconies are big.

Not worth the money ”
Honestly I got no idea it's rights on the corner of all the party at. The staff should learn the basic English so they can talk to customers. The room are very tight so not much space to walk around. I paid 2 million for 4 nights. If you planning to stayed here, prepared yourself with all the noises cause the clubs are next to the hotel. From 11PM I could hear clubs music until 3AM 😂🤣. Those like party then it's perfect hotel cause next to pretty much everything 😂🤣

Hotel is "OK" but disappointing in several areas: strands of long black hair on sheets; aircon problems; light on stairwell shone through uncurtained all night; room not prepared until 1.5 hours after check-in time.

Pros: - near the bus pick-up spots going to Cambodia - a stone's throw away to Buy Vien but not in the middle of Buy Vien so it's not too loud-- music is still audible but tolerable esp if you're on the higher floors - walking distance to a lot of spots - staff is accommodation Cons: Would have love a more stable wifi connection.

When I arrived they put me in another hotel nearby called ipeace, was OK apart from doors slamming all through the night.
