Amazing views, comfy beds, well equipped rooms, great location! Under the bed was a bit dusty but apart from that, it was great! The staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our queries. Would definitely stay here again.

The first night, the bathroom smell not good. The hotel changed the room for me in the 2nd night. It is good.

Not enough parking bays, the room is big.”

We've booked a river view room which is very big. I like the capsule coffee machine and the shower room which has water jet. The only one issue is we need to park in a garage beside the hotel that costed 15E per day. Overall compare to what we've stayed other nH, the worst one is at Livorno.

Good Value of money ”

I can not complain anything, the room rate is worth for what it is. The location is okay , good service and friendly staffs.

My stay was ok for one night. The only negative points are the access of the hotel and the lack of parking spaces. I had to pay extra 15 EUR to park my car correctly. I think this is not really normal to pay extra money for parking for such international standards hotel.

Lovely country town”

We loved Lecco & this hotel was a lovely place to stay. Downside was no coffee making facilities in the room - even when we asked for a jug. Also the breakfast does not start until 7am which was too late for us on both days as we had early starts - so we had to feel around in the dark to grab some fruit & croissant. And we weren't the only ones- lots of guests were waiting for the 7 am star. 6am would make much more sense

Great location in lecco”

Location: The hotel was in great location in Lecco, right on the lake. It is a ten minute (if that) walk into the small town where there are many boutique shops and a big brand store called Coin. On the other side you will find the lake where you can get some magnificent pictures or just sit and relax to enjoy the view. It is quiet around the area in the evenings and great to on the balcony to wind down. Hotel: the receptionist upon arrival was incredibly helpful and friendly and adequately spoke English. We had Wi-fi issues with our room – i.e no Wi-fi but they still charged us 45 Euros for the three nights we were there which I thought could have been waived as a good will gesture. The breakfast was basic and the same everyday but perfectly adequate and the staff were friendly. We did not dine there in the evenings, but beware it is rather pricey…. The fridge in the room is overpriced too – 3.50 for a kit kat….give me a break! Rooms: You should upgrade to lake view at 15 Euros a night if you can on the 3rd or 4th floor. We stayed in room 306 and we also had a balcony so ensure your upgrade offers you balcony as the rooms on the 2nd do not. Beware as we had problems with Wi-fi in room 306. We had a twin room which was spacious and had a long balcony. There is a safe for your personal belongings and the bed were comfy and the room had A/C. I cannot comment on public transport as we had hired a car and drove to Bellagio and Como. It is good if you can hire a car when you get to the airport – if you fly via Easyjet Europcar give up to 15% off. Ensure that you take full insurance cover and not the basic cover though! We also did some Kayaking which I will review separately and again much recommended! Overall, this is a decent budget hotel that offers good facilities and I would recommend staying here to others!

We were upgraded by a very helpful man at reception who found out we were on our honeymoon. The room is very comfortable and the nicest we stayed in in over a month. Great view, lovely little town. Parking on street for free, breakfast was nice. No complaints at all. Thanks Nader!

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are very spacious and confortable as well as the bed. The location is very central within walking distance to restaurants and shopping areas as well as the beautiful downtown where you can take boat cruise to lake Como. The breakfast is very good. I was surprised to find options of bread for gluten intolerant people. Late check up with the possiblity to extended for 10 euros.
