Excellent professional service received from all service staff”
Based on good reviews from this hotel, I decided to stray away from my group and booked this hotel instead. I am so glad that I never regret making this choice as the moment I stepped into this hotel, I feel so warm and welcome by the staff receiving me at door entrance, reception and next day staff at the breakfast area. The hotel is strategic located, clean room though mine is without window view, it does not matter to me as I were out most of the time except evening. There are many spa / massage areas near the hotel, one recommendation to try is the Golden Lotus Spa which is just behind the hotel about 3 min walk. I feel very safe staying at this hotel, the staff always friendly and keep a lookout of my safety as well. Even helping me to make reservation for my dinner appointments. I will definitely head back to this hotel again on my next trip and hope Agoda will still keep this price very attractive for us to book. thank you

Close and convenient ”
Nhat Ha 3 hotel was close to the town centre around 5-7minute walk to Vincom Shopping centre. The room we had was a good size for 3 people, shower had decent pressure and was really clean. The breakfast was alright but never changed and was very Japanese orientated, which is good if you are Japanese but unfair to customers/guests that were not.The staff were helpful and most of them were friendly. I would go back again, but hope they could consider changing the breakfast around a bit to suit everyone.

Stayed in Junior Suite for 2 weeks Room was ready on my arrival Clean comfortable and modern. Bed was comfortable Housekeeping staff is amazing with very fast turnaround on daily basis. Staff is friendly all willing to offer assistance. Breakfast while not expansive is consistent and tasty offering western and international options. Prices for laundry, meals and snacks seems very reasonable. Overall good choice for business travelers or couples who want access to Little Japan as well as central Saigon

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Ho Chi Minh City. All staff are friendly and do not always lose expectations. Their laughter is not a pretense but a true welcome. LAN is memorized during reception staff. For breakfast, NHAT HA 3 HOTEL is by far the best. Satisfied with everything and thanks to the professionalism of our staff, I will go to this hotel again. And I recommend NHAT HA 3 HOTEL to my friends.

An excellent spot in Saigon”
The Nhat Ha L'opera is an excellent choice for any traveler. The price is reasonable, the rooms are spacious and comfy and very clean. The staff are warm and friendly and the cappuccinos are delicious!

At the bottom of Little Japan location is hard to beat Lots of restaurants of every price range within walking distance Stayed in a Junior Suite for a total of 34 days in two segments Staff was on the money consistent polite and helpful. Housekeeping is especially unobtrusive efficient and polite. Breakfast not expansive but offers both western and international options always fresh. I would definitely troll Agoda for best price which makes this hotel and even better value

Great views”
We stayed here for a week in suite, lovely big room. Pool was nice. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only 2 issues we had were not enough western breakfast items and the smoking in the lounge/ cafe that is near reception. You could smell cigarettes and it wasn't pleasent and of putting.

need to improve breakfast, imagine eating breakfast every morning... more quality than quantity. some dishes(especially hot food) are copying Western style but they were not good. why don't you introduce more Vietnamese style in hot food area? I don't know the budget but sure you guys can work out

Staff were very helpful, especially the doormen. The room was neat & clean and the breakfast buffet had nice food with variety. The free afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise, as were the free coffee coupons.

Impeccible service”
Our stay at Nhat Ha 3 truly set the standard for our holiday, the only downside was that our room did not come with a window, however this wasn't much of a downside as we spent 90% of our stay in Vietnam outdoors. Impeccible service and lovely staff with a wonderful buffet breakfast. Would highy recommend to anyone looking to travel to Ho Chi Minh city!
