Amazing Location and Amenities, Worth The Stay!”
It's my first time staying at 9 Brick. We picked it initially for its cost and location, as well as its deco (my boyfriend liked the styling of the hotel lobby and rooms). Exiting from Hongik Exit 9, it's super accessible from Incheon / Gimpo airport (via the Arex all-stop train). Staff were friendly and informative. Although we booked the cheapest Superior room option, we were pleasantly surprised by how large and spacious it was. All amenities, including a safe, fridge, clothes hanging space and desk were available. Not much of a view as we were on the 3rd floor, but the room was stylish and well-equipped. The housekeeping was also amazing. We wish they wouldn't keep changing the toothbrushes in order to save the planet though, so we left them a note and they no longer did (but they also kept changing out the slippers and other stuff and it was tiring to keep saying it). I think security could also be tightened, such as by having specific keycard accessible lifts; on one of the nights, we heard knocks on our door at 3AM, so it was a little bit scary, as there are some rowdy drunks at Hongdae. But otherwise, we had no other problems. Will definitely recommend 9 brick to others who are looking to stay in Seoul!

To sum up in one word, perfect! The room was very big and clean, interior design is simply beautiful with different designs for each rooms. Staffs were friendly and efficient. Location of hotel is just fantastic! About 5 mins walk from Hongik University Subway Station, hotel is about 1 or 2mins walk to the heart of hongdae, there's also 2 marts beside the hotel with plenty of nice restaurants around. Definitely worth the value!! Cant wait to go back to this hitel

Great interior and location”
The Nine Brick Hotel room we got was great, really loved the interior of the room. The place was clean and the room was quiet and peaceful, despite the location being close to the shopping area. The location of the hotel was great too — situated a short 2-3 minutes stroll from the Hongik Uni shopping, eating and busking area. Great for taking breaks in between shopping and for a night of rest.

Everything was good but the tub”
It was a very nice stay. Nice location, nice house and nice reception. The tub wasn’t very comfortable, it’s just like a “U” shape. And no protection for people going out. It’s hard to lie in. But still love this hotel, I’ll come again!

Modern Chic Boutique Hotel ”
Very nicely appointed hotel with modern amenities and everything was very clean. The rooms were quiet - no outside noise, the neighborhood had lots of cafes and shops, the staff was friendly, and the location was very good. We were very happy with our choice of hotel.

Decent Hotel and cleanliness are good. Staff were friendly and speak a little English. Hotel located right in Hongdae University area and within walking distances you'll get lot of eateries and retails.

We had an amazing stay as a couple, in a beautifully comfortable and quiet hotel just moments from the bustling streets of Hongdae! The staff were lovely, when the maid accidentally smashed my partners foundation they were extremely apologetic and gave us a small package of beers and snacks to say sorry! Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone travelling and staying in Hongdae! Would come again in a heartbeat! Thanks 9 brick hotel!

Nine brick hotel hongdae for 5 nights is really good experience!!! The staffs are so nice, they help me print the ticket and call taxi. The decoration is on point with qualified, clean facilities. This hotel is not that far from station exit no.9 with surrounding minimart. The breakfast buffet is OK but it's not vary that much so quite boring. Overall Impressed ❤️

Gorgeous cozy room!”
We are obsessed with how cozy this room is. The bed is heavenly and the bathtub is so big. The decor is really nice too. The location is awesome, it’s accessible to Hongdae, Hapjeong, Mangwon and more by foot and lots to eat. This hotel even has room service. There’s an emart 24 on the same block which is my favorite place to buy wine in Korea so I was happy to see that. Overall, fabulous. I would come back.

I stayed here for 10 days to explore Seoul, great location if you enjoy the diversity of Hongdae. Very close to night life/restaurants. The staff were very helpful whenever I asked for anything. You can order toiletries and water from the tablet in the room but it only allows for 1 item, so if you want 2 water bottles, you have to do it twice. The room also had a bluetooth speaker so that was a nice touch. My only complaint is that front desk would call every day to ask if I needed room cleaning even when I had the "do not disturb/no cleaning needed" sign hanging on the door. I would stay here again.
