Le camere sono belle ben organizzate e rifornite sufficientemente spaziose con tutti i confort possibili poi ci sono i ristoranti interni che sono molto validi ovviamente più costosi di quelli fuori ma è normale.

It was a very nice stay at Novotel Ambassador. The room was clean and spacious. It is very nice to feel completely isolated from the neighbors. I especially recommend the Happy Hour and the nice swimming pool!

Great hotel on a good location.”
Great location within Gangnam district, not that far from Gangnam Station and just clicks away to Coex and Lotte World (not on foot off course). Not really a value for money stay but you will get what you paid for. Friendly and fluent English speaking staff, wide selection breakfast but the menu repeats everyday during my 3 nights stay. Located on top a hilly road and this would be the down side if you tend to walk around towards Gangnam CBD and climbing back to the hotel. There are two convenience store 7-11 and CU rigght across the road if you need a drink or quick bite in the middle of the night. I forgot to bring my shavers and there was only paid shavers available. That's a pity though as I'd expect there's always a basic free shaver in any hotel room.

Floor of the hotel has bad smell ”
The staff to take care your bag will absolutely not care your bag The price is over but fromt Staff is ok The bed is comfort but the bathroom is old and dirty Absolutely disappointed
