Beside U-Bahn and location was walking distance of 500m - 1KM of alot of restaurants nearby. One downside is there is no toothbrush provided.

A very good business hotel located almost in center of city-10 minutes to anywhere important by cab-less than cost by cab to most locations Have an excellent breakfast.staff is friendly.free usage of Internet and printer at the lobby is helpful and a good advantage for the hotel overall a hotel I would recommend to a business or tourist visit to Hamburg

Nice but limited”
Stayed 2 nights,got a room which was described in the reservation after declining 2 previuosly offered rooms. Elevators were very tight and slow. Location away from centre with not many shops and caffes around, acceptable if you have a car. Internet rates are high, tv has limited english channels. Ok, if short stay. Expected more from Novotel brand.

Sehr sauberes Hotel in guter Lage”
Wir waren für eine Nacht zum Konzertbesuch dort und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb aber durch die U Bahnanbindung vor der Türe ist alles schnell erreichbar.

Als Kurzurlaub oder für Geschäftsreisende wie mich bestens geeignet. Sauberes geräumiges Zimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Hotelbar sowie ein sehr freundliches Personal rundeten meinen Kurzaufenthalt gelungen ab. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr zu empfehlen.
