Non posso dir niente dell'hotel, solamente nei dintorni la zona e molto trascurata e il mare non è certo quello di Phuket

Peccato solamente che il mare non è così bello come a Hua hin, e che è un po' distante (15-20 km) da Hua hin. Ci sono comunque ristoranti e servizi vicino all'hotel. La connessione wireless nelle camere non era sempre presente. Il connectivity kit che avrebbero dovuto dare non era disponibile.

Amazing Hotel... Nice and New when we stayed here. Everyone gets a wrist band when you stay here. Which is very convenient, its like your room key. The kids love the fact that it 's next to the water jungle and we are entitled to an unlimited entrance as hotel guest. The Kids Club is one of the best - its very huge comes with many activities Play station, Wii, A play area, reading corner, basketball, futsal and you can even join their daily activities eg cooking, planting and many more. Your kids will definitely LOVE it! We stayed in 2 rooms one with the theme park view and ocean view both are awesome! Dont forget to visit the observatory deck at 27th floor it comes with a glass floor. We took a FREE shuttle service to Intercontinental hotel and night markets. Thank you for the complimentary birthday cake.. Really an AWESOME place to stay!

The Best Resort for Family in Cha Am & Hua Hin”
Good location on a quiet beach between Cha Am and Hua Hin. All room facing to the ocean . We get a Family Suite with Bulk bed very comfortable for family with kids. Lots of recreation facilities to fit all ages of kid. Very Big pool overlook the sea. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Various choice of F&B in a very reasonable price where you can get 40% credit back when book with government Travel Together campaign separate from 600 credit you can use at the restaurants or shop outside.

Best hotel I've ever visited in Hua Hin”
The service was amazing! All staff were so friendly and helpful!!! I love their cocktail hours and the rooftop bar!! :) We brought our chihuahua with us. He stayed with my parents on a different level whereas my partner and I stayed on a higher level. Everything was well-cleaned and we were so happy with the hotel. One of the best in Hua Hin! :)

Perfect Family Place”
My wife and two small kids (6 and 3) absolutely love this place. It is a perfect place for families with children. The pool has both a shallow and deep end, with a large slide. There is a kids AC room that has a ball pit and arcade. There is also a 7-eleven within a two minute walk from the hotel which has all your basic necessities and snacks. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, and if you asked my 6-year old it’s his most favorite place in the world. We have been to this hotel several times, and will for sure continue to come for years to come. Thanks Novotel for making this place so special for my family and I to enjoy.

Good Value”
Have visited this hotel a few times. Overall always a good experience. Staff very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast excellent choices. Good to see the changes being made particularly the effort for children (although mine are too old now!) Bar has improved and we ate there and enjoyed the experience. WiFi in rooms could be improved, wifi connection in plug was falling out and it had been "fixed" with tape! Overall always a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Superb Hotel”
Great hotel and my family love it. The management have paid attention to details which reflected to all the activities and event organized in the hotel. You and your kids will never get bored in this hotel. Facilities are great, hotel event is so much fun, food is great and hotel staffs are so friendly that make you feel so warm and welcomed. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family and also will plan to come back in future.

Perfect for young n old”
We were so awed with the views at the balcony. Beautiful sunrise from the horizon of sea level, the sound of wind n waves are refreshing, the room is big, its very comfy at the family room. Kids loves the bunk bed. There is a bar on top of hotel roof, felt so close to the stars. Ourdoor movie n surprisingly no moisquito, indoor movie n kids friendly swimming pool with slides. We enjoyed oursekves very much. Thank u.

Nice place, Good service, Great breakfast ”
I did stay for a night on Kids day (TH), On that time there were couple group of Taekwando athletes and Government staff but the staff able to did handle services function as professional. I was very appreciated with thier teamwork. Moreover the facilities that have been enough for all ages group. Breakfast was very awesome!! I will decide to back for this venue on Hua-hin visiting next time.

We had the make amazing time staying here, and most importantly our 3 year old daughter loved it. I can’t praise the staff at the resort highly enough. My wife and two small kids (6 and 4) absolutely love this hotel. It has spacious rooms, amazing pool with a slide that my kids love, and it has a completely separate AC kids facility equipped with arcade, pool, and an enclosed ball pit. In the words of my son, "its his most favorite place in the world!"

Tons of activities for a Family”
Despite a very lean staff that also reflects the number of guests… We were a group of 16 and during that weekend there were a total of just 40 guests. We enjoyed ourselves very and with very few guests felt safe enough despite the Covid Scare…. We enjoyed the pool activities, the slide, the volleyball etc …

This Novotel is incredible, with all the possible facilities that you can think of, including kid’s playground, gym, computers, etc. It’s really out of my expectation. Well, the hotel and the room needs renovating a little bit for sure, but still worth the rates. Plus, a 7-11 is directly in front of it. How great!

I was booking earlier with Agoda and on the arrival date my little daughter caught a cold and have to reschedule. The hotel and Agoda work closely to allow me to reschedule the appointment. Appreciate the great support. Plus it’s definitely my favorite hotel for visiting Huahin again.

Family resort hotel ”
Staffs are very friendly and serviced mind. Facilities are great for family and many activities. Play station game is really fun and I enjoy playing with my son. Swimming is large. Breakfast is nice; we like Pancake. Overall it worths time and money!

Everything was wonderful, but disappointed in family Junior suit that we have reserved for our kids that the room should have decoration for children and toys. Next time we will ask for this before check-in.

There are so many activities for children. I went there with one big boy and the little 2 years old baby, they really enjoy with this place. We can spend a whole day in the hotel.
