Great vibe and great facilities!!!”
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The geothermal pools and heated pool all indoors was a huge bonus!! The breakfast was delicious and always replenished and fresh! Staff were friendly. The bar was very comfortable. The cocktails were well presented and prepared and tasted amazing!! Even had live music. We are coming back in Easter. Eat street was just across from the hotel and the restaurants were all really good!!
Renovations Needed”
Location is one of the best with lake views and at the doorstep to Eat Street. Carparking is plentiful and free if you sign up to Accord membership. However the hotel is a shadow of its former glory. Chipped floor tiles and heavily scratched stainless doors in the lift. The room carpet stained, dirty and past its usable life. The bathroom still has 1980s suspended ceiling grid with 1980s vinyl ceiling tiles and a Health & Safety hazardous bath that needs climbing into for a narrow shower experience with 1980s shower curtain. Tarnished and rusting metal fittings, chipped china basin, white mould on the timber cabinet & a non working extract fan that needed 10 minutes to clear the mist off the mirror are clear signs of advancing age. At least the WIFI is fast although unsecured but the big screen TV includes all SKY channels. The room aircon rattled but at least the thermostat control was working as it was 5 deg outside. On the plus side, it was quiet & comfortable with sofa and armchair. Breakfast was good but not extensive but did have a make your own juicing machine. The room fridge does come with fresh milk in a glass bottle - nice!

Excellent room, exceptionally comfortable beds (2 Queen beds) great shower, warm and central. Great size TV - couldn't stream from our phones but think that was our issue not the premises. Beautiful dinner and breakfast buffets and good parking. Fill recommended 👍
Unpleasant night unfortunately”
We requested for a twin bed as we were travelling as a family unfortunately we were give a room with just one bed despite making it very specific in our request prior to booking. Tried making up the sofa bed but the kids weren't comfortable with this as the middle of the mattress keeps on sinking. Second, there was a used underwear in the room at the back of the chair and from there on we weren't confodent that the room was cleaned properly so we have to do a bit of a cleaning ourselves. Lastly, a noise that keeps on happening in the middle of the night, probably coming from the A/C. We jumped out the bed twice as there was a sound of something that fell on the floor twice. On a positive note, the location was great. Although of course at the end of a long tiring day, what you want is a comfortable sleep but we have not achieved that unfortunately.

This hotel’s location is excellent which is next to the food street,the street parking opposite to the hotel is free,and its cleanliness is good, although its facilities are a little old,but it's comfortable to stay here.however, most of staffs are so cool with no expression,or even with black face,they didn't want to give you any a little bit reply.even though I haven't questions and problems need to ask for them,especially those working in the restaurant .I think the hotel need to strengthen their staffs training to match it's premium title.
