We enjoyed our stay here very much. The rooms are very spacious and so clean which I was very happy about. The staff were incredibly friendly and the location is great too. 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to the city centre.

Great room and facilities for the price ”
Fabulous room, comfortable and spacious. Lovely shower. Friendly staff, caught on the phone when we were checking in so gave us some free refreshments. Very convenient for airport (free ticket in baggage reclaim) and hotel gave us free travel passes incl lake water taxi (might be a Geneva thing rather than specific to hotel). Overall great experience.

Easy access to City Center within 15 mins. Excellent mall just opposite to the hotel. Close to the airport. And bigger rooms than most of the hotels in Geneva.

The hotel was good, but the proper rating for it would be 3*, not 4*. The room was clean and spacious as we booked a suite. However the night receptionist who very rude and wasn't really fit for the job. The rest of the staff were very kind and helpful

All good except no one helps with the luggage. Also not many English TV channels. Otherwise very comfortable, location is great.

Next to big shopping mall (Balexert). Not easy to go from Geneva train station when google map's bus stop location is incorrect and heavy rain. Room is good. Staff are friendly.

This hotel has very low value, The price is high, satisfaction is so so. This hotel increase the price when some events(motor show, invention exhibition) are close to openning date, the price for lodging in increased dramatically. OK~ I admit it about business strategy. But receptionist was so busy, so she was a blunt. It looks like all of employees was chased from something. It was caused by much task. So CEO should check employees works. Moreover, this hotel do not run suttle bus. I was waiting shuttle bus in front of airport during 1 hour. The shuttle bus was not coming forever. Most of hotels have shuttle bus. Every year I will visit Geneve. I will never stay here.

The hotel is in a good location, easily to get to airport and shopping. The rooms were nice and sufficient for family stay. Quite area, which is perfect for family vacation and business travelers. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was superb.

The hotel is about 10 mins away from the city center, it is close to Geneva airport, clean and the rooms much larger than the norm for this class of hotel, with good desk and sitting area as well as very comfortable bed.
