Ottimo soggiorno”

Sono stato per 3 giorni in questo hotel, il mio soggiorno è stato molto confortevole, hotel pulito e tranquillo. Buona la vicinanza dei mezzi pubblici in 8 minuti sei in centro. Un unico appunto le dimensioni del parcheggio che risulta sempre pieno, comunque nelle vicinanza si trova zona con ampio parcheggio gratuito.

The room was really, really nice , but unfortunately not being able to have a decent shower ruined the experience for me. Hardly any water and upon reporting nothing was done. I think it's a savings measure. The location is noisy, good insulation but the trams can be heard and felt. 50% of the rooms are affected so take your chance. I wasn't lucky so no more sleeping after 4. 45 am. Good place for heavy sleepers.

Comfortable double room, smelling room”

I was staying in Dusseldorf for a business trip. The double room is big enough, it has a comfortable hard bed. A big problem with my room 11 was that during the morning was really smelly because it is close to the kitchen and with big windows all the room was saturated of smell just after 6 in the morning. Unfortunately I had a strong bacon smell which is not my favourite at 6am. The staff mitigated the problem somehow with the kitchen, so the second morning the smell was much less. Overall the hotel staffs is kind. The Breakfast has a good value and quality.

Short stay in Düsseldorf ”

the hotel is quite ok . the staff very welcoming and helpful . about cleanses I cannot say that it was ok in my room .. vacuum cleaning and balcony cleaning was absolutely needed . it’s a nice hotel but not something special

Not very good facilities ”

The room itself was OK, the staff moderately friendly. However the facilities left a lot to be desired. Firstly, we stayed during a heat wave and primarily booked the hotel because of the need for an Aircon. Imagine our surprise when the aircons didn't work! When we told the staff, they said the technician can only come tomorrow and that we shouldn't blame the hotel but the weather. After much complaining, they offered us free breakfast for one day but then told us the next day that the main corporate office heavily disagreed with the free breakfast. If that is the attitude of the head office, I hope to never book under them again. Additionally, the WiFi was an unsecured open network that you constantly had to reconnect to every 60 seconds or else it stopped working. Finally the towels provided covered your body in tiny fibers of cotton. Otherwise, the room cleaning was at least punctual and there was plenty of bathroom amenities. The beds were comfortable.

The location is okay. But I don't understand how this hotel did get 4 stars. It could be 2 or max 3 stars hotel.

Good location, clean rooms and very friendly staff. No parking place but you can leave your care nearby the hotel (free).

Advantages: The room was clean. Good Internet WiFi. Rooms are big. Boiler. Free coffee, tea. Comfortable bed. Disadvantages: Not very good shower. No separate beds for my two small daughters. Small car parking. Cost 8 Euro \ Day. I didn't take the breakfast. So, I have no idea about it.

We were 3 to stay at the Flora Hotel for a trip to the city of Dusseldorf. It was close to the city (about 10 minutes from the city), which was good. While checking in, me and my friends had the feeling that the reception was a little bit cold. I was simply given a form to fill in and had to ask twice for the wifi. Having worked in a hotel myself, I find this to be kind of unprofessional. Later, however, they were nicer, and the same lady actually helped us find our way to the city. Maybe it was just a bad moment?? Don't know. The wifi in the apartment was good, but that was about it. There was only one TV in an apartment with two rooms, and only German (with the exception of a handful) channels were available. We also missed a cooking pan, and something to clean the pans with after use. This is a suggestion for future guests. I can't make ommeletes in a casserole, lol. Cleanliness left to be desired. At 11AM and 9AM in the morning, a guy came at the door. I suppose that he was from the cleaning team. But after going out in the city during the whole day, NOTHING was cleaned, nor were the sheets or towels changed. That is unacceptable, given that many things had dust on them to start with. I actually had to clean the glasses before using them. Now, in general, the room itself was good, and the reception is open 24/7, which is great, given that at times we came in a little bit later. The night receptionist was super nice!

Would have been better if an iron and iron board is provided. Staff are helpful and friendly. 30 foot steps from hotel there is a Tram station.

I booked this hotel in term of prepaid. It costed only US$39 but the room is giving me surprise absolutely. Room is huge and the bed is very comfortable. The location to both old town centre or airport is just 10 to 20 minutes in drive. I will stay there again absolutely.

I stayed here after a business meeting ahead of a flight home. The hotel is nicely designed, clean and very comfortable. It is an easy ride on the tram from the central station. It is next to a busy road but you hear nothing of this once inside your room. The rooms are quite spacious [especially for the price] although the bathroom was quite small. If I come back to Dusseldorf I will definitely stay here.
