Eccezionale”
The onomo hotel isn’t far from the beach , the staff are very helpful , nothing is a bother , if they can help they will , the hotel is very clean , the beds are comfortable, the only negative thing is you have to ask at reception to borrow a hairdryer and return it after you have used , they don’t have them in the rooms . The food really nice , omelette made to order for breakfast, English breakfast would definitely recommend this hotel

My husband and I have stayed a couple of times at the hotel and the hotel services from staff to amenities just keep getting better. All Covid protocols were in place. We recommended the hotel to friends and they loved it. Well done to the team! Will definitely be coming back soon.

Simple affordable accomadation ”
5 stars for cleanliness, 5 for peaceful relaxing accommodation, 4 stars for service can improve with the chefs they not as friendly however the waitress was very accommodating and friendly, facilities is a 3 stars as the booking provided me with a option on smoking room however there is no smoking room at all. The other disappointment was they a hotel but there was no concierge to take you bags to your room you have to do it yourself if they can improve on that it will be excellent hotel

Fantastic hotel”
I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights, the food was tasty, and if you wanted to chop and change a couple of bits they were more than happy to accommodate if they could, the restaurant staff mainly Sisandra she is an absolute credit to the hotel bright, smiley & very friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard and fresh towels daily, a little stroll to the beach and other restaurant and shops, the pool area is so chilled out just what one needed after a busy day in the city, I will certainly be staying at this hotel again when I’m back in Durban Thank you all

I had an amazing experience, the room was up to great, and the food as well, the only thing that I wish could change is the fetching of Iron and Ironing board at the reception, it is such an inconvenience, other wise its Great.
