Highly recommended for families”
We (one adult and two 8yr-old kids) stayed in a two bedroom suite for 5 nights. It felt more like a small apartment rather than a hotel room. It had everything we needed (kitchenette, washing machine) and the kitchen was very well equipped with all utensils, small appliances, etc. The suite was very spacious. We invited a family member for two nights for 40k won (about usd $35-40) per night. Extra bed was provided and the place still felt spacious enough for all four of us. The view from our suite was spectacular. We could see Namsan tower, nearby skyscrapers which provided amazing night time view as well. The location is perfect: all the major museums and palaces were within a walking distance or less than 30 min by transportation. Subway stations are close and a ton of local restaurants offered so many choices. You step outside the hotel and can enjoy walking the Insadong street any time of a day. All staffs were prompt to requests and the facility was very clean. There is a grocery mart nearby so we cooked ourselves for breakfast and night time snacks. Bed was very comfy and it was very quite. Our boys enjoyed the swimming pool very much. It is big and very well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody. As a family with kids the hotel was perfect. I plan to reserve this hotel every time we visit Korea.

Best location, friendly service, great space! ”
My family with 3 children (high school and college) stayed in a three-bedroom and two bathroom place for a month. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for westerners like us (Korean-Americans). The facility was very clean and staffs were courteous and professional. They spoke English, which was very helpful. Also it’s located in Insa-dong street where there are many markets to shop from. People say that stores in Insadong is expensive since they’re geared towards tourists. But I have to say you can’t beat the convenience and fun shopping experience. Also if anyone wants to visit nam-dae-moon market (the great South Gate), then it’s only 10 minutes away by taxi or 15-20 minutes by bus. Also subways are nearby. We loved the location and would stay here again next time we visit Korea!

Unbeatable location, great apartments, great facilities”
We really loved our stay here with our kids. The three bedroom apartments are more spacious than I expected and very comfortable. The pool area is just perfect with a great kids pool, spa and big pool. There's also saunas and baths. The location is close to a great metro station with three lines while still being in the heart of insadong. This area is great! Only complaint is thin walls.

Amazing Place to stay”
Spacious, very clean, in great location, nice pool / gym and the staff on the front desk could not have been more helpful they assisted us booking tickets and on days that I needed to go to a difficult to find location writing clear instructions in Korean for us to show taxi driver. I would stay here again if I ever come to Korea.

What can I say? I would happily stay there forever. Apartment is big and comfortable. Gym and swimming pool is amazing and the spa pool in winter is just a blessing. Location is walking distance to the main tourist areas. Only place I would stay in when I go to Seoul next time.

It is hard to find family friendly hotel accommodations in Seoul. We were referred by a friend of the family and we can't say enough about not only the location and the facilities but the staff who were absolute professionals. Indoor swimming pool is definitely a bonus as it was actually large enough to swim in. We will stay here from now on whenever we are in Seoul.

I've stayed here many times, and this one was by far the best! Staff has always been efficient, and hotel clean. But this time the check-in desk just seemed happier than before. Their interaction seemed to be less formal and scripted, and more down-to-Earth and friendly, which was great! They seemed to be a bit more empowered to help guests. Nice job. I will be back. Great big rooms, great location, great facilities!

I arrived a bit early for check-in so they allowed me to leave my luggage while I walked along Myeongdong. When I got in time for check-in, I was amazed they had upgraded my suite for free. Staff were nice and could speak English well. The room is HUGE and complete of necessities. The area is on a good location near subways and bus stops. The ATM and 7 eleven just in front of the hotel and walking distance to the free open markets are definitely plusses. Breakfast is okay. I asked for a late check-out but they would charge for a half day rate if it's before 3pm, and a whole day beyond that but it was okay. I would choose to stay in this hotel again if I get to be on the same area. Unless you prefer the younger vibe in Hongdae and Itaewon. Thank you

1. It is located between Insa-dong and Ikseon-dong, hot places in Seoul. 2. There are many attractions and good restaurants near the hotel.

These are wonderful and spacious apartments with tons of sitting and closet space. Sometimes Korean hotels are too hot in the summer, but the thermostat worked perfectly and we were able to keep the place cool to our liking. Amazing location in Insadong! The only downside is that the staff asked invasive questions during check-in. I don't believe it's their business why my husband and I don't share the same last name??? However, we would definitely stay here again.

This is my 2nd stay at this suite. 2 bedroom with large living room and full equipped kitchenette is totally a love :) Location wise is very strategic with a 30 mins walking to the famous Myeongdong area. There is a convenience store nearby and also the coffee shops around the area. Me and my team have a great experience living in Orakai Insadong Suites and will definitely be back for my 3rd stay which will be a winter trip later! *love*

The two bedroom suite at the Orakai Insadong Suites is great! Full kitchen with dining table, gas stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, living room with sofa and armchair. Free breakfast is average. Nothing to write home about here but otherwise a great value if you're willing to spend more to live in a spacious well-appointed suite.
