To sum it up in a word, Tuyet!!! Tuyet was the girl working day shift while I was there, She is amazing. The friendliest and most helpful hotel worker I have ever met, she is better than the staff I have dealt with at 5 star hotels, she deserves a pay rise... Thank you for making my stay so pleasurable, all the staff there were quick with a smile and warm greeting. I will definitely be going back.

Hotel is not new, can find dust in some places but clean in overall. Reception is nice and friendly, price and location are good in the center area.

Good location. Stuff is so far nice. If she gave me small help to watch my baggage on the street than watch from the top of the steppes when I get taxi that would be better. room is clean but little dark for me. close to the laundry shop and some coffee shop and some convenience shop. there are some big hotels when you have troubles.

Rooms are big, shower water is hot, AC is cold, drains do not clog, no hassle of tipping to anyone. For the money you paying, cannot ask for anything more. Happy will stay again.

Cozy top floor standard room, quiet, 5min the ben thanh market, walking st etc. Shower good, bed soft, aircon good. Happily stay again.
