The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. The room was very clean, and the facilities were very nice. The staff was also very efficient. I had a good experience with this hotel.

It was very good, 2 nights I stayed there. Personel was kind, rooms are clean, new furnished, large and quiet. But there is a new rule like 'deposite by incheck'. You pay some amount and they check the room by outcheck. If everything is in order you get the deposite back. They didnt check my room , though I left if very need and in order, but this rule doesn't seem very practical to me. So maybe the management need to think about this again. I dont't know if this is a generall rule in every hotel. Just want to give a feedback. Other then that really reccomending this hotel..

If you're there to attend an event at one of the arenas in the area then the location cannot get any better for this price. It's also close to the Metro station, a stop that's not too busy, but the next stop is SUPER busy, so by then you'll for sure be seated.

The staff were generally excellent and polite, the breakfast superb. The building itself is a hideous glass and metal box and a long walk from the metro station. The excessive charge for parking on site was unexpected. The room was good, but the glass-walled ensuite bathroom resulted in light disturbance to the other sleeper when used during the night and a revealing silhouette of the user's actions at any time. The smooth tiled shower floor was slippery and dangerous and there was no hand hold to help users avoid slipping or falling.

The hotel rooms are clean enough and quite comfortable . Staff were OK and helpful. It will be nice if the hotel can change most of their towels because they are worn out. Good location and quiet area.

NIGHTMARE”
Read a lot of good comments that is why i decided to book this hotel. booked for 2 night. second night was scary because there is someone trying to open our door and it was noisy outside. requested also to have a late check out then the reception agreed that is for FREE. I asked it again if its for FREE the she said Yes. stayed until 4PM then we checked out i paid 40euros for the late check out! It ruined my stay!

I booked for double room but when we arrived they checked us into twin room. This was changed when l reported. Charged for car parking although this was not indicated during the online booking, and no one mentioned it to us on arrival. As we were checking out they asked us to pay for car parking of €12.50 for every 24 hour.

We order to change the beds they put two single beds instead of king size bed , the answer sorry all room are busy , breakfast have no choices to choose with breakfast time from 7-10 am

Breakfast was good and a lot of different options, but the room wasn’t that good. The bathroom was clean, but the sheets on the bed had a lot of stains. Next to that, the walls were also very dirty and had a lot of stains. I will not stay here again.
