Fantastic stuff and food”

Pros: Tour organisation and excellent tour manager Fantastic food, and catering for any special dietary requirements Staff who went the extra mile and made sure customers were happy Good tours at the various sites. Cons: Although advertised as 3 day cruise you have to remember that you are spending less than 48 hours between embarking and disembarking. This is in common with most cruise operators, you just have to be aware.

A relaxing cruise with options for plenty of activity if you want it. You'll have a great sleep in beds that are so comfortable and the food is good although we would have liked more of a Vietnamese than Western menu. The cruise staff are outstanding.

Ha Long cruising”

We had an amazing time onboard the Paradise Luxury. This trip really exceeded our expectations. From the moment we boarded we were made to feel welcome. Rachel (Hostess) and the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The cabins were very comfortable, although we discovered during a heavy thunderstorm, that the external cabin door leaked, not too much of an issue though. The food was absolutely amazing, but found alcohol was quite expensive. All in all though, it was great value for money. We will definitely be returning.

Awful experience”

Awful experience for a 5-stars cruise. Small, old and rickety room. The beach is dirty and there's nothing much to do while you're here.

Beautiful boat, fantastic staff ”

In May, my boyfriend and another couple embarked on the Paradise Luxury for the 3 day/2 night cruise of our lives! From the moment we stepped on the boat, we were delighted. Vien, Tone, Pink, Blue and Bing made us feel at home and ensured our every need was taken care of. Our foursome was the youngest demographic on the boat (by far) but the crew didn’t seem to mind being kept up with our antics. If you want a beautiful room, great food, kind staff and stunning views, then this cruise is for you. If you don’t, what’s wrong with you? Dummy.

We took the 3D2N cruise. Great sailing experience with very friendly & attentive staff on cruise. Everything was perfect. Food was awesome !! Highly recommend this to anyone who plan Halong Bay cruise trip.

Although the cruise is made by wood but I think certain part of facility need to be maintained. Staffs are friendly especially Ms. Linda she is so helpful and always smile to let us feel so good.

We had a double bed with balcony. view was fantastic. everything was nice. schedule was full but not rush. wasn't bored for a min. staff tried to be fun too. would be perfect if my toilet didn't stink of urine. food was ok, acceptable but cannot say good, bit disappointed because other reviews said it was amazing??

Great stay but shuttle coordination could have been better handled ”

The paradise luxury cruise was totally worth it. I loved all of the excursions, the staff, the food, the views, everything. I’d say the only thing I was NOT happy about was the transportation getting from Hanoi to Halong Bay. I booked my stay at 1am and I did not get any request to input where hotel pick up would be. I called all morning up til 7am thinking someone would get back to me cause I knew shuttle would be included (why would it not be for all the money you spend on this cruise). I couldn’t get ahold of anyone til 8:30am when they opened and I needed to leave by 9am to get to our cruise by 12pm since they departed and it takes 2.5 hours to get there. Someone ended up getting us a personal suv limousine but charged us $180 round trip. I didn’t approve of this. I would have been up at 7:30am to get on the group shuttle if someone got to me sooner, obviously I was up at 1am trying to get it booked. I am requesting someone from this company to contact me about this as paradise cruise (Ronaldo - manager) was unable to help me as it was booked 3rd party. He did try to help me but said I needed to contact them personally. It was very unorganized in terms of transportation and I would think they would my business which I spent more than $1,500+

2 day 1 night cruise”

My wife and I booked the tour and were so happy we picked them. Unbelievable service quality and all the staff were so attentive to anything we needed. My wife doesn't eat sea food and they were so helpful in preparing her meals. The itinerary seemed perfect for us. They brought us back to the boat before sunset which is also when their happy hour for drinks starts. We enjoyed our cocktails and beer on the top deck of the cruise and drank the evening away. One of my best experiences in Vietnam! From the check in right till the end. Everything was handled perfectly. A big thumbs up to the entire team. Highly recommended!

Food was terrible. It tastes weird especially dinner. It is the wooorst food I’ve ever tried in many countries. I couldn’t understand the reviews.... They makes us spend more money but I don’t think worth it. Also, I feel that crews are not kind to asian guests (racialism??) If you want to spend same money to visit Halong bay, please choose another cruises.Their are plenty of options.
