Amazing stay, the room showed us a very beautiful part of Seoul. We also had amazing room service. The whole time we experienced very lovely friendly staff and only had trouble with one staff who was a bit rude during our baggage handling after checkout which left a rather not nice impression. Location was great as it is very close to the subway station and walkable distance to a lot of food.

I was assigned a corner room that had an L-shaped glass window overlooking a busy cross road intersection and facing brightly litted TV screen and neon lights on the building opposite the hotel. Fantastic view. Great noise insulation too!

We were there during earlier stage of covid 19 but felt very clean. A few facilities in the hotel temporary closed for prevention. They spray the floor right away after the taxi finished loading your bags off the taxi. The room is clean. Very near to the mall. Would love to go back there again.

Located in the heart of Gangnam area”
The hotel is located in the central of Seoul's business area, Gangnam, opposite to Intercontinental Hotel and Coex Shopping Mall for luxury brandname shopping. The hotel lobby is on the highest floor, 24th, which is giving you the best and luxurious view once you enter the lobby from elevator. Its staffs are very attentive and helpful. I stayed in Park Suite room for 3.5 nights located on 12th floor. The room was modern decorated twisted with Ancient Korean style rocks and woods. The view was breath taking since all the living area, bedroom, and bath area were all ceiling to floor glass windows giving you the lights and 180 degree Gangnam view. All of its window curtains were automated; but it needs to be maintain properly since they must be normally use by the guests many times a day. The room also needs to be well maintained better than now. Still it is a perfect hotel to stay in when you are in Seoul.

The hotel was great. Clean and cozy. I had a wonderful time there. But 2 days later, I called the hotel for the invoice about room services. And the employee's name Jiyong Song responded very badly. She said I was yelled her. I didn't yell. How could she deal the customer that way. Honestly, she ruined my memories in Park Hyatt. I'm really shocked that 5 star hotel has a employee like her. I wish she doesn't do the same behavior to others.

Fantastic hotel let down by elevator system”
Second time at this hotel. And it confirms why Park Hyatt is my favourite hotel brand. Large rooms, attentive staff, beautiful fittings, central location. But the elevators are annoying. You have to go up to reception first (24 floor) before being able to do anything like room or breakfast. So going to breakfast then checking out involves the following; elevator from room floor to reception, elevator reception to breakfast area, elevator breakfast area to reception, check out, elevator to street level. Too much time, up and down. Felt like I needed a decompression stop. That is assuming you were smart enough to have your luggage and not leave anything in the room.

My Favourite brand delivers again”
Park Hyatt is my favourite brand of hotel. This one delivers. Staff are attentive and helpful. Rooms are large, comfortable and beautifully designed. Will stay again. Only downside is they have an annoying two elevator system. Elevator from ground floor to 24th floor reception then move to a second elevator to move back down to floor of room. Annoying to have to go up to 24, then down to 12 (in my case) to get to room.

close to subway samseong station and COEX. staff friendly and helpful. room is spacious. room condition reasonable given it is around 10 years now. room service is quick and the main course HANWOO SIRLOIN is daebak.

Not only they need to re -done everything but also it is so inconvenient to get in to your room and out of the hotel because the lobby is on the top floor.

Great Hotel, Service, room, bathroom, and location everything you can ask for in a hotel. Only hassle on this hotel is the elevators. You need to go up the top floor to the lobby and then change elevators to go to your floor.
